Essex Mechanical Services are a contractor specialising in Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning Systems either in new or existing buildings. Our work is primarily in the commercial sector, although a significant proportion is on larger residential properties for individual Clients. We have three main areas of work, supplying pre-designed projects, in-house design from Client's concept brief through to project completion and providing a planned maintenance for Client's existing systems and providing ongoing planned maintenance for projects that we have completed.
We provide both planned and reactive maintenance for Gas and Oil Fired Heating Installations together with Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems. Our comprehensive database of our Client's equipment together with maintained service schedules enable us to take the worry away from our Clients to enjoy their facilities whilst ensuring they are operating at their most efficient capacity. We carry out works on behalf of health trusts within Essex and maintain a strong relationship with them, these include Colchester Hospital University NHS Foundation Trust, Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust and Southend University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
In addition to our commercial work we are involved with a number of prestigious private residents, where the emphasis on the client's requirements together with cost management is essential. Within these projects we have provided comprehensive building services including the Heating and Ventilating of both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, garden irrigation systems and bore holes for water supplies.
Possibly one of the most demanding sectors is business where constraints on time and disruption are paramount. Our expertise in this field enables us to provide a flexible working relationship to work with our Client enabling both parties to work towards a successful enhancement of their business. Air Conditioning and Ventilation is a common requirement in these cases and new technologies have allowed businesses to enjoy far more efficient systems to be installed ensuring that their staff and Clients enjoy a comfortable working environment.
Our highly qualified and experienced staff can undertake design of all aspects of our services from conception to completion. We are fully qualified to undertake work on Gas, Oil, Air Source Heat Pump, Steam, Air and Water Services. Our projects encompass new buildings, extensions, renovations and existing structures. Using in house CAD design for concept and working drawings giving us the flexibility to accommodate our Client's individual requirements. Our industry accreditation qualifies us to provide a first rate professionally engineered project.
