We offer a wide range of kitchen units, worktops and appliances, all installed by our qualified fitters. Many clients nowadays wish to create a "caf" style break out area, where staff can relax away from their desks and our Design Team are well-versed in creating innovative and relaxing environments using a wide range of products.

At Richaire we understand the importance of your electrical installation both in terms of complying with the ever-increasing regulations and in making your premises work efficiently and economically. We provide a complete electrical service including a wide range of lighting, emergency lighting, power, data installations, fire alarms and security systems. Care is taken with cable management to ensure that trailing leads are a thing of the past. Where specialist systems are required we can offer advice and design access control systems, audio visual systems and specialist lighting schemes.

We use only top quality products, applied by professional decorators to ensure an excellent finish.

Air conditioning systems - Daikin or Fujitsu wall mounted, ceiling cassettes or ducted systems to best suit the constraints of the building. Full consultation is carried out with our clients to consider the best location for the external equipment and assistance is given in obtaining landlord's approval where necessary.

By using cut-edge laser technology, we ensure that all our suspended ceilings are installed perfectly level, to the highest standard. Invotek 75 is a stud based partitioning system with high quality finish and excellent sound reduction. Double glazed panels are hermetically sealed and the framework is powder coated to the client's specification. The system is re-locatable. A system which can be constructed to suit most sound and fire rating requirements, available in a range of solid and glazed options. The standard finish of silver aluminium trims can be upgraded using tape jointing to give the appearance of a solid wall. Designed to incorporate a Rockwool infill for added sound reduction if required.
