By 2050 it's expected that all UK buildings will be carbon neutral. The Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard is the legislative tool being used to create periodic changes in order to achieve this. With our experience we will advise on keeping your building within this legislation. We provide EPCs for all types of Non-Domestic buildings (shops, offices, workshops, industrial units etc) and Domestic EPCs (houses, flats etc) anywhere in the UK. In addition, we provide EPCs for the construction sector's requirements for Part L of the building regulations.
