Originally working alongside British Rail we have grown with the rail industry now providing services to many of the industry leaders. Our national framework with Network Rail enables us to work on many structures across the UK. The back bone of the company comes from the scaffolding services we offer from our multi depot company to the Construction Industry. Utilising Tube & Fitting and Ringlock systems, we have gained large experience not only in Traditional Build but also Timber Frame, Concrete Frame and Metsec Systems encompassing such items as Adjustable Transoms & Hop Up Brackets. This division has a well experienced management team overseeing all Black Hats & scaffolding teams and usually keeps a workforce of 100 men going all year round on many varied schemes.
Hadley undertake all types of refurbishment projects regardless of size this could be from a few houses for re decoration or an entire estate for re roofing. Scaffolds erected for sign repairs, Service Stations and of course Network Rail's vast portfolio of Stations and Line side Buildings for multiple contractors. This work stream is active from all locations and we utilise our teams running from Trucks and Vans alongside Artic Trailers & Roll on Roll off beds to service works on larger projects.
The company has provided scaffolding to the Demolition industry for many years, in 2019 we decided to offer scaffolding services to the Asbestos Removal Industry. This division is lead by time served, experienced people that can compose schemes for the most challenging access to aid removal of the controlled substance. We obtained our Ancillary licence in 2019 and have seen moderate growth in the roll out of this service to well respected contractors. We have planned growth for this work area throughout 2020.
