Founded in 1993, Building & Maintenance Services Limited (BMS) are a leading provider of all types of air conditioning, ventilation, electrical and mechanical, installation and preventative maintenance. Specialising within the industrial, commercial and leisure sectors BMS are approved Daikin D1 Business Partner and Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Quality Partner, as well as working closely with other major manufactures such as Panasonic amongst others. We are continually providing training to all of our engineers with assistance from the manufacturers and also with various other courses including IPAF and PASMA.

Offering a full range of gas installation and service to commercial and industrial gas installations, our qualified engineers are able to cover all of your needs from maintenance, breakdown and installation services on a wide variety of gas equipment. All our operatives are individually assessed ACS engineers, registered under the Gas Safe Scheme. As part of our air conditioning maintenance regime we not only clean and check the equipment, but ensure the gas throughput, and combustion efficiency are set to optimum levels to ensure correct running of plant, longevity of service and minimal running costs.
We are able to supply and install multi or split air conditioning systems as well as Heat Pump/Heat Recovery VRF systems and Close Control Systems for individual, commercial or industrial use all over the UK. BMS can supply and install equipment from industry partners such as Mitsubishi and Daikin as well as a range of suppliers including Panasonic, GEA Denco & Airedale. Our equipment is installed and commissioned to industry standards in line with F-Gas Regulations, and we offer Installation Warranty upon completion of installation.
Our engineers are fully trained to the latest British Standard BS5266 and can offer comprehensive service and maintenance of emergency lighting systems installed. Offering monthly, quarterly and six monthly maintenance, we ensure that your system is fully compliant with the latest standards. To ensure you are fully compliant with legislation, we have experienced and fully qualified engineers available to complete PAT testing within any building. We can offer free repairs to minor problems such as fuses and plug tops whilst on site completing the test.
