The same range of cladding options is available for wall cladding as for roof cladding. Composite panels laid horizontally, with feature butt joints are very popular. The wide range of colours available for the panels, the joints and flashings offer the client many options for the visual effect of the finished product. Metspec install a wide range of roofing and cladding options including site assembled double skin insulated systems, through-fixed and secret fixed composite panels and zipped standing seam panels. Finishes and substrates are Plastisol coated steel, polyester powder coated aluminium and Stucco-Embossed aluminium. We also offer a flat-to-pitched roof service. This is a long-term solution to failed flat roof areas. We supply and fix an engineered lightweight steel frame on top of the existing flat roof.

Metspec offer rainscreen cladding as an option, to greatly enhance the visual effect of wall cladding. The finishes on offer include ceramic tiles, stone, brick or wood veneer effect. We have successfully completed contracts using Trespa, Cembrit and Rockclad rainscreen products.
