Regular Boilers are typically connected to conventional heating/hot water systems, where there are header tanks in the loft and a hot water cylinder. This is the most common type of boiler and will generally be found in houses over 20 years old. Combi Boilers have no hot water cylinder or header tanks and provide instantaneous hot water/heating. They are usually found in smaller properties/flats, where space is limited. System Boilers will be found in houses with little or no room in the loft and have a built in pump and expansion vessel.

Appointments arranged - Every customer has a maintenance schedule set up in advance. Two weeks before the service is due, the customer is contacted to arrange a convenient time for the engineer to call. The customer is contacted again the day before the appointment to ensure that the timing is still convenient. On the day when the service is due, the customer is called again to inform them of the exact time when the engineer will call.
