Six painful years of disservice!
Active heating was happy to sell us a boiler and install it for £5000. No problem with that. Boiler that they recommended and had a five year warranty, as long as it was serviced by them every year, began to give trouble after a year. We happily paid for the servicing every year and the boiler invariably broke down almost every one of the following five years. Trying to get this company to service the boiler that they installed was almost impossible. They generally showed up after two or three weeks of badgering. Meanwhile, our 3 children were freezing. We were told by Debbie that it was too much trouble to service us as they were too busy, as they had done 4000 installations over the years. We finally gave up and hired someone else. The new service company said that the boiler was broken due to improper servicing by Active Heating.

Thank you so much for squeezing us in today. Initially Active Heating couldn’t see us for a few days (to be expected) but some time freed up and they have now made sure my kids have heating for what looks to be a chilly weekend, something I was worried about.

Active Heating have looked after our central heating and oil fired Stanley cooker for years. 5***** for customer care, knowledgeable and friendly engineers and value for money. Everything you expect, but don't always get, from a local family firm.

Fantastic team! They serviced, repaired and advised us on our oil boiler a year ago - first time we've had one. They also fitted two new rads... all good work, done on time, by friendly professional staff. Today, the oil smell from it was horrific... we've just had the oil topped up, so assued it was that, but after a couple of days it wasn't subsiding so I called Active. They had an engineer here within hours - he found and fixed the leak and he stayed well away from myself and my children, ensuring social distancing safety measures were adhered to. Excellent work again by an excellent team - cannot thank them enough!
