Heritage Masonry is an award winning, nationwide stone masonry company based in Skipton, North Yorkshire. Our primary services include bespoke stone masonry, restoration, conservation, dry stone walling and external stone works. We have worked on many diverse projects such as church restorations, large scale mansions and stately homes, weir restorations, city centre regeneration projects, new build housing and civil engineering work. Projects such as highways, land regeneration, water ways (inland and coastal), conservation and restoration work are often undertaken within this industry by some of the UK's largest civil engineering companies. Working closely with our clients we have built a specific team of tradesmen who are adept at the varied projects that this industry offers. Working within this sector requires a different approach with regard to the skills and qualifications that our employees must ascertain.

We undertake a wide and varied range of stone masonry work, from simple stone features and cladding, to new build projects and restoration. Operating a nationwide service, we have become one of the leading stone mason companies in our sector with an expanding portfolio of projects for clients throughout the UK. Retaining walls, boundary walls, new build homes, city centre street scene projects, restoration and conservation projects are just a selection of our experience.

Heritage Masonry are one of just a handful of DSWA (Dry Stone Walling Association) approved contractors across the UK. We use traditional techniques that have been handed down over centuries, in order to produce a 100% authentic finish. We are based in Skipton which is known as 'the Gateway to the Dales' and much of the countryside around us has fields with dry stone boundary walls. Many of the residential homes also incorporate dry stone walls into their landscape designs. Dry stone walling is synonymous with Yorkshire and as such we firmly believe that Yorkshire provides the best wallers in the country.

As well as stone masonry, we undertake landscaping projects, particularly where stonework is a key feature within the garden, including steps, walls, copings, water features, bespoke stone features and paved areas. We will undertake any landscape project from a private garden wall to an extensive city centre regeneration programme.
