Our multi-skilled property maintenance teams undertake both hard and soft landscaping projects, drainage works and solutions, car park re-surfacing, car park re-lining and all types of fencing including palisade, weld-mesh, acoustic and timber. NESLalso offers a reactive service for Clients undertaking emergency pothole repairs, paving repairs, drain repairs, fencing and much much more.
Northern Estates Services offers a comprehensive service for all aspects of tree work from complicated high level canopy work to large scale clear felling of sites throughout the North of England.
All green waste is removed from our contract sites and is brought back to our main base where it is processed using our own specialist equipment. The green waste is then composted down and screened using our own Doppstadt SM18 Trommel Screener and the resulting product is used back on sites as soil improver/compost where required. All timber which is removed from sites once we have completed tree works is processed at our main base using our own Heizohack 14-800 KTL crane fed chipper to G30 biomass grade screened wood chip.
Northern Estates Services undertakes all types of paving and surfacing repairs including block, flags, concrete and tarmac. These can be small scale areas up to the full re-surfacing of estate roadways and large car parks. We also undertake relining works and again these can be small scale lining to delineate walkways to the complete relining of estates including all notations.
