We started renovating are own properties about 25 years ago, we would use contractors for some of the work and do what ever we could our selves. We soon learnt that some contractors were not very reliable and the finishing off was very poor, so we took on more and more of the job our selves. We now only sub contract bricklayers, Gas fitters, and plastering, we have several subies that we know and trust, we will also work with your own contractors if you have someone you trust. We take great pride in our work and achieve high quality finish, we can also help with design, we have a 3D program which can help you visulise your project.
Our garden rooms are a stunning and useful addition to any garden, built from high quality materials, pressure treated timber frame work for floors walls and roof, high performance rigid foil board insulation, fully wrapped in a breathable membrane, western red cedar cladding and one piece rubber roof. The studio featured is a high spec building with folding aluminium doors and blinds built into the double glazing, floor tiles from Studio Ceramics, cedar decking, remote controlled dimmable lighting, chrome sockets and switches, 2Kw wall heater.
Most of our commercial work has been with schools, staffroom kitchens, classroom kitchen area's, storage, desks and IT workstations, Etc. We try to undertake the work during the holiday periods, helping to keep costs down and reduce disruption.
