Palmers has a corner location and lots of big windows that were put to good use with both bathroom and kitchen displays. Linda gave me a friendly hello when I entered and then let me wander round the bathrooms looking at brands such as Vitra and Aqualisa. The showroom felt warm and welcoming, helped by attractive props in the displays and framed letters of thanks from happy customers on the walls.

Deeply regret having this company to fit our kitchen. Completed after 6 months of stress and hassle, should have taken a month. Installer never worked a full week, only worked for 4/5hrs per day, full of excuses, some weeks never turned up. Poor workmanship which led to work later having to be redone by other installers. Initial installer asked for money upfront for supplementary which were agreed on our original design (told by Palmers to pay him directly for this), then he disappeared leaving work & kitchen uncompleted. Took several weeks but eventually new installer finished kitchen & works. Poor communication and customer service throughout from management and installations team, constantly chasing them and being fobbed off. Two years on waiting for a cupboard to be replaced and my sink and a half to be fixed, nothing seems to have changed with this company. They have been an absolute nightmare, and still waiting for issues to be sorted. My kitchen was started in March 2022, absolutely ridiculous!

I am absolutely delighted with my 2 beautiful new bathrooms. Great service from a great team of people, from the showroom staff to the designer, installation team and bathroom fitter.
I feel I received value for money for this bespoke service and am confident my bathrooms will look good for many years to come. The Palmers 3 year warranty on work and materials is an added bonus.

We definitely made the perfect choice in selecting Palmers for our new kitchen design and installation. Their initial design surpassed our expectations, accommodating all our personal preferences flawlessly. Throughout the fitting process, their professional team maintained courtesy and ensured a clean workspace daily. The kitchen fitters, plumbers, electricians, and floorers were consistently punctual and accommodating, catering to our requirements with flexibility. Now, our kitchen looks absolutely stunning, transforming it into a delightful cooking space. I wholeheartedly recommend Palmers and will undoubtedly enlist their services again for future projects, like updating our bathroom.

I came to Palmers for a complete overhaul of two bathrooms, my kids bathroom and my ensuite. I had a few ideas however it was Lewis who was absolutely brilliant in bringing those ideas to life, came up with solutions quickly and his 3d images were amazing.
John who project managed the whole thing and was at my house almost daily to check all was ok and make sure I was happy, and at the end ensuring he went around making sure everything was in perfect working order.
And finally the family dream team of fitters/plumbers, James, Harry and Ben Tranter. Absolutely brilliant, perfectionists, clean, left things spotless, and happy to come over even on a Sunday because I had a tap issue (not their fault) would use them all again, my bathrooms are absolutely stunning guys . Thank you so much Palmers and the Tranter team! 10/10

Our designer was great at producing an illustration of how our bathroom would look based on the ideas we supplied. Her final design was perfect and we were thrilled at how it would look. John the Installations manager was excellent. He stayed in regular contact with us by phone as well as several visits to us during the installation to make sure we were happy with how everything was going. He was extremely polite and courteous and always made us feel reassured.
Our fitter, Harry was amazing! So friendly and his work and attention to detail was immaculate. We are delighted with our new bathroom.

We had two bathrooms supplied and fitted by Palmers and having completed the work now regret our decision to buy both at once. While the work is finished it doesn't match the high end price we paid. To make matters worse there is not a complaints process and while emails are answered promptly before you pay after you pay it is a real struggle to get anyone to talk to you.
The Good
- The supplied goods were high quality.
- Some staff such as Ben were fantastic and kept us informed throughout.
- The fitter was very friendly and more than happy to work around us.
The Bad
- The install took 6 weeks due to items being incorrectly ordered.
- We were told lots of information during the design process that simply was not true.
- The design we ended up with didn't work in the way we were promised. We would have picked different design choices given the correct information.
- The price we paid for didn't match the experience or finished quality of the install.
- There isn't a complaints process. Problems and emails are continually ignored.
- Palmers outsource the install leading to you having to project manage the install yourself at times acting as a middle man between Palmers and the fitter.

Palmer's of Trent Bridge have now completed three projects for us over the last three years---a bathroom, a large kitchen and a newly-built shower room. We are so pleased with the finished result of all three rooms. At each stage of the work, from initial designs to completeion, we always felt 100% involved and respected. The quality of the products is excellent as is the expertise of each member of the team who all worked with care and professionalism. Our house has been wonderfully transformed!!! THANK YOU

On week 16 of a fitted kitchen they said it would take 3 weeks 🤣 there has been no communication we even got Sam the md involved and we thought might get somewhere but shes as bad as all the others. Andy from installations after our last meeting a month ago said he would definitely be intouch the next day well guess what he didn’t. I’m now thinking of going to notts post about this because its unacceptable how they should get away with this. PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS COMPANY

I asked palmers of Trent bridge to help us with the design and fitting of 2 new bathrooms. This was an exciting next step for us in the development of our property so obviously we were anxious to get the right company to work with.
I must say we have been delighted with the whole process, which started with the free consultation and design with Lewis, through to the fitting.
Initially we had some mixed ideas of how the Bathrooms should look, but we were helped with ideas that worked for us practically as a family and that gave us the “wow factor” that we looked for.
I would highlight communication and friendly service as the areas that gave us such a high comfort factor - especially as we were often a little indecisive at times! Thank you for your patience and for ultimately providing us with 2 beautiful new bathrooms! The fitting and finishes make us smile everywhere time we use our new rooms.

We went to Palmers after our friend recommended them to us. We were after a new bathroom for the house we had just moved into. We were made to feel so welcome by Diane in the showroom. We were given a lovely cup of coffee whilst browsing the showroom. Our designer Barney came out to measure our bathroom and then invited us back to the showroom a few days later. He presented to us on a large tv what our new bathroom would look like and we loved it. We looked at all the products around the showroom, it was exciting picking all our new products and bathroom accessories. We could then get it fitted six weeks later. We now have our dream bathroom. The fitting team were great and the professional cleaning team afterwards just finished it off perfectly. Thankyou Palmer's. The kitchen is next!

In December 2020 we asked Palmers to draw us up a design for a new bathroom after being let down by a local builder. The designer put together a design we loved right from the word go and did his best to work within our budget. At no stage did we feel pressured into buying and we were able to view the showroom by appointment.
Throughout the process they answered questions quickly and it was an easy decision to go ahead and work with them. The bathroom was fitted in March 2021 and we are stunned by the results. The fitters repaired some rotting joist at no extra cost and were very friendly, approachable, professional and knowledgable. They left the room (and upstairs) clean and tidy at the end of every day.
We are having a lot of work done on our home at the moment and working with Palmers has been by far the easiest and least stressful part of our project. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
