Since 1928 Steelway has continued to be a market leader in the field of steel fabrication excellence and expertise. We manufacture from our two state of the art production facilities. Steelway offer a full in-house design, manufacture and installation service with onsite support.

Steelway Fensecure has been established since 1928, we have been providing fabricated products and services to our customers for over 90 years. We have three operating divisions, from two manufacturing plants in Wolverhampton & West Bromwich. The company currently employs approx 160 people across the two sites. We have recently invested in a new offsite build facility. Steelway which incorporates our Steelway Rail - produce secondary / access metalwork - metal flooring, walkways, staircases, platforms, ladders, fire escapes, handrails, balustrades, heritage & architectural metalwork along with general fabrications in mild steel, stainless steel and GRP.

Steelway manufacture and install a wide range of architectural metalwork products. This includes feature steel stairs, handrails and balustrades. Metal Stairs comprise of powder-coated stringers, with pan type treads, complete with a range of handrails, manufactured in mild steel through to polished stainless steel. Various infills can be paired with our steel balustrades including stainless steel tensioned wires, perforated steel infill panels or toughened glass panels. Due to our vast experience of architectural metalwork we can offer a variety of products and the knowledge to help you to select the right materials and confirguration.

Steelway Fensecure supply a range of Sports Fencing to suit all requirements. Whether this be tennis court fencing, formal sports fencing, ballstop fencing or multi use games areas. When creating a sports pitch or court, it is important to remember that the right type of fencing will provide a positive impact on your site. Getting the right balance between safety, appearance and cost does not have to be difficult. We offer a comprehensive range of fencing to suit a wide range of applications with aesthetically pleasing secure designs.

Steelway have a wide range of Street Furniture and Playground Furniture products which have been designed for use in parks, play areas, amenity areas, multi-use games areas (MUGA), public spaces and commercial premises. Our Playground Furniture and Street Furniture portfolio includes benches, litter bins, tree guards and cycle stands giving you a complete choice for your playground or outdoor space. We have ranges such as the Queensgate collection that ensures continuity across a playground whether it be a bin or bench you can be sure that colours and styles will match.

Chain Link Fencing is widely recognised as the most credible boundary fencing. It is used globally for a multitude of security applications. Offering a choice of different wire gauges, Chain Link fences can be used as a simple demarcation fence. However it is often also used as a sports fence or as a security fence. You will often see chain fencing in use at sports centres, airports, events and schools. It is seen as the perfect tennis court fence as spectators can see through whilst also being protected.

Steelway offer a full project management and installation service on the full range of products we design and manufacture. These include access metalwork, fencing products, security kiosks, cages, specialist fabrications and access covers and frames. We install our products throughout the United Kingdom and can offer project management support for overseas projects. We have many years' experience in installing our products in defence establishments, airports, prisons, water utilities, railways, telecommunications infrastructure, power generation facilities including nuclear and general construction projects.

Steelway are committed to providing bespoke fabricated solutions on any project requirement. We have two state of the art dedicated manufacturing facilities which are both extremely flexible in their approach to manufacturing specialist designs. Combining this with over 90 years of fabrication experience, we feel that we have the necessary capability to fulfill most bespoke requirements. Our up to date 3D design technology offers design verification prior to manufacture of bespoke fabrications. The team at Steelway will offer full onsite support and technical assistance from the start of your project right until final sign off.

As part of our consultation service we provide site surveys (available on request), free quotations and free advice on choosing the right kind of school fencing. In addition we can provide laser cut sheet steel profiles to your chosen fence style to add a bespoke feature and reflect the unique character and personality of the school. In addition to fencing for schools we also offer a range of outdoor seating and litter bins as part of our street furniture range. All of our school fencing systems are supplied in a choice of standard RAL colours; however we can match the colour of your school fencing to your school livery if required.

Our in-house drawing office can work with you to detail your requirements by using the latest 3D software & technical expertise, this is complimented by our excellent fabrication & installations capabilities to enable us to fulfil your bespoke fabrication requirements.

The Korapal Steel Palisade Fencing system has widespread applications as a deterrent to the casual intruder. Palisade fencing is available in General Purpose (GP) and Security Purpose (SP) specifications. Available with matching single and double leaf steel Palisade gates. Our palisade fencing is available in a range of standard heights from 1.0m for general demarcation to 3.6m high for high security. Steelway Korapal is available in 2 different pales types with 4 different pale tops to choose from.

In the 1930's Steelway were pioneers of the first pedestrian barriers. Over the years designs have changed to suit the growing population and safety needs. The Steelway range of barrier fencing system are classic styles, widely used for various applications. Steelway Queensway Barrier fencing is manufactured with 25mm square infill bars with a 50 x 30mm frame. Available in 1.0m and 1.2m high it can be raked or radiused to suit your site with matching single, double and dual use gates. Steelway Britannia Barrier fencing is manufactured with 12mm diameter infill bars with a 50 x 30mm frame.

Here at Steelway Fensecure we have a range of Steel Gates and Barriers which can be chosen to suit your specific requirements. From playground gates to industrial gates we manufacture a range of styles to suit your project this includes Bowtop, Palisade, Ornamental or Heritage gates if you wish to match existing decor. There are many reasons why you may need to install gates whether it be as a pedestrian barrier to a property or industrial security gates to keep a premise secure. Steelway Brickhouse are a market leader of fabricated steel access covers and frames and are uniquely positioned to provide a wide range of solutions for the utilities, commercial and industrial markets. Our current manufacturing facility, is located in West Bromwich, West Midlands and we have been manufacturing onthis site for over 100 years. The Brickhouse name is long established and synonymous with the manufacture of high quality steel access covers. All of our fabricated access covers are hand made using a combination of traditional fabrication techniques, combinedwith the latest Laser cutting technology and CNC multi axis press brake machines, enabling a dimensionally accurateand stable product.

Steelway Brickhouse provide access solutions for high profile schemes that use heating systems, which are powered by Biomass fuel. The biomass storage range includes a variety of different hatches meeting the requirements of any possible application. To continue to provide up to date cost effective solutions for varying applications, Steelway Brickhouse now have available a light duty gas assisted hinged access cover for storage facilities that are not subject to vehicular access. The new biomass storage covers compliments the existing range of large opening modular cladded buildings and extremely popular flush fitting hydraulic fuel storage covers.

The protect division has a range of security covers available including hinged access covers and our Sentry High Security covers and frames. Many of our access covers are galvanised to BSEN ISO1461 standards and have the option of slip resistant and powder coatings. On projects which require non standard sizes and products which sit outside of the scope of the specification, we have the flexibility to design and fabricate in line with the same requirements. Steelway proudly fabricate security covers that are certified to LPS 1175 including SR3 covers and SR4 covers.

Steelway's fixed steel window bar sets and window grilles are fabricated from mild steel galvanised and come in modular form, these can be powder coated to a colour of your choice. They offer an affordable solution for high and low-level window security. Steel window bar sets and window grilles are available to suit face fixed and reveal fixed applications. They can also be fitted for both internal and external applications offering high levels of security. Ranges are available certified to LPS 1175 SR2 & SR3.

Steelway can supply many different types of boxes, panels and vents suitable for a variety of applications. All products shown are manufactured from mild steel and are galvanized to BSEN ISO1461. The products can then be powder coated to specific RAL colours to suit their surroundings. Steelway offer a variety of steel handrail options in a variety of materials. Material options include stainless steel and mild steel. Our handrails can be manufactured for both internal and external applications, such as fire escapes, feature staircases, stairwells, office stairs, balconies, footbridges and walkways. Handrails are supplied to perfectly complement our staircases, platforms and other similar structures. However, they can be designed as completely independent items to fit customers own equipment or civil engineering work.

Many insurance companies now expect a higher level of certified security. Security Cage systems provide a suitable solution for securing assets that require level of physical protection. Steelway fabricate cages that are certified to LPS 1175 issue 7 levels SR2 and SR3. Storage cages are available in modular design panels and bespoke sizes to suit individual site layouts and can be fitted with single or double doors. The extra physical barrier that a security cage provides will delay even the most determined intruder.

Steel Security Kiosks and enclosures provide optimum security combined with easy and fast installation. Steelway can supply and install a range of LPS1175 SR3 & SR4 certified kiosks, cabinets and buildings which are suitable for multiple applications across all market sectors and all SEMD schemes. The 1175 standard itself focusses on the physical security of 'intruder resistant building components'. This includes strong-points, security enclosures and free-standing barriers required for building hardening.

Steelways offering for rail infrastructure products is backed by invaluable engineering expertise and specialist fabrication experience. We provide an extensive range of access metalwork solutions for the rail industry. As well as a full portfolio of access metalwork, our rail infrastructure also extends to designing, manufacturing and installing many bespoke products from small ladders or covers to large structures such as walkways, parapets, gantries and bridges as well as our heritage products range and bespoke fabricated structures.
