We have recently worked with Winvic Construction Ltd at Aero Fabrications Nottingham to deliver a state of the art engineering facility. The works completed included full design and build, LV distribution, fire alarm installation, access control, LED lighting, EV charging and network cabling. The building is a 72,000 sq ft warehouse and a 4,200 sq ft production and design office space. We managed tight time scales, but were still able to carry out the work to our high standards and within the timeframe specified.

Our commercial projects have taken us from the centre of Sherwood Forest, delivering an infrastructure project for Center Parcs, to the refurbishment of ten Premier Inns and the largest William H Brown estate agent in the country. From creating key electrical infrastructure for big business, to refurbishing commercial properties such as retail units, to carrying out full electrical installations in large warehousing facilities, our experienced teams can deliver an efficient, comprehensive service, ensuring buildings meet the required standards and regulations, whatever their age or size.

We deliver a range of planned maintenance projects, including electrical testing and inspections. We have worked with a number of organisations including Premier Inn, Connells Group, Waterloo Housing, Housing Care 21, Stonewater and Accent Group. Our work includes testing and inspecting hundreds of properties on a rolling programme, to ensure they are all safe and performing to regulations. Every year we carry out more than 700 EICR reports for various clients to make sure their commercial property and housing stock continues to fall in line with current regulations and legislation.
