Paolo Bollini Architects is a Chartered Architect practice based in Wells, Somerset offering a full architectural service covering the south west. Paolo has designed for us a remarkable new home which we would never had thought possible. It is a home that fits our current and growing needs whilst respecting the nature of the surrounding site in terms of orientation to the sun and views across the open landscape.
I qualified as a chartered architect over twenty years ago at the University of Bath and I have been fully employed by established Bristol and Bath architect practices where I have gained a breadth of experience of the design of a range of building types procured under different contract routes. At the same time, throughout my professional life I have been approached by friends and domestic clients who have asked me to carry out architectural services. This has now amounted to over 300 small scale projects and due to the increasing demand I have now set up my own practice in Portishead where I can concentrate on personally producing hand crafted plans for each individual client.
Bristol Design & Architecture was set up in 2007 by Richard Muxworthy, an RIBA Chartered Architect with over twenty years experience in all aspects of the architect's role - from client liaison through to detailed aspects of the design. The practice has overseen the successful completion of many commercial and domestic building projects some of which are shown on this site. The approach to every project is the same with the aim being always to provide creative design that closely meets the Client's requirements.
