Shirts, trousers, dresses, skirts & tops with collars are returned on hangers with protective covers that we supply FREE of charge. We would be grateful if you could return these with your next load of ironing. We will change these when they are no longer useable with no charge. All other items are professionally folded and stored in your personal laundry bag which is supplied FREE and is yours to keep. Use the laundry bag to store your ironing until we collect the next time which can be on a regular basis or as and when suits you.

Regular cleaning visits are either 2 or 3 hour visits carried out weekly or fortnightly. 1 or 2 bedroom flats can usually be cleaned in a 2 hour visit, 3 bedroom houses in a 3 hour visit. Larger houses, or when you require extra work such as ironing, bed changing, washing up etc. may require that rooms be cleaned by rotation. It is always helpful if we have guidance as to what is most important during each visit. Your first regular clean is free of charge so long as after it's completed and you're happy you book a minimum 4 further visits.
