Every single piece of furniture we sell has been hand-crafted, to order, right here in our own workshop. Each sofa and chair is lovingly fashioned by time-served upholsterers, seamstresses and cutters, many of whom have grown up with the business. They're our own people (not borrowed from other companies, as some firms do) - and that's rarer than you'd think. Our sofa and chair frames are made from solid beech hardwood, using traditional joints, strengthened corners and robust suspension. Buttons and studs are all individually hand-tacked.
We are so confident in the quality of our Chesterfield furniture, all of the timber frames we manufacture (allowing for fair wear and tear) are guaranteed against faulty workmanship for a period of ten years from the date of receipt. In addition to the 10-year frame warranty, we also guarantee all other parts and materials for a period of 12 months. We really want you to be happy with your furniture and hope it will last a lifetime. All our Chesterfield furniture is handmade in Great Britain, in our Lancashire workshop.

By combining the traditional skills of our craftsmen with modern machinery and carefully selected timbers, we ensure that every staircase we build will be an outstanding example that will last a lifetime. Every staircase is pre-assembled in our workshop and then dismantled prior to delivery to ensure a quality fit. The hardwoods we use include English and American Oak, Walnut, Ash, Beech, Cherry and Mahogany and we manufacture straight flight stairs, quarter landing stairs, kite winder stairs and cut string staircases.

All of our repairs are carried out to the highest standards in our fully equipped, onsite workshop by fully trained engineers. We have over 50 years worth of experience in all kinds of electrical goods from TVs through to laptop computers, and everything in between. In that time we've managed to create the ideal workshop environment to repair all of these electronics in. We carry a large range of electrical spares both common and rare.
