Wilwright 'Site Services' specialise in the disconnection, relocation and refurbishment of modular & portable buildings through out the UK, we have a dedicated in house team to manage your expectations. Our one call service can supply a site survey, installation of site specific foundations, installation of modular units & cabins, electrical connections, plumbing & heating connections, DDA steps & ramps through to air conditioning systems. Each project has an individual site survey completed by one of our allocated operations managers who prepares and issues each method statement and risk assessment which are all task specific and individual to each job.

All aspects of Air conditioning taken on. From simple Split systems to large VRF equipment, our dedicated in house design department are fully equipped to design and advise you of the most appropriate system for your needs. With F-Gas approved engineers we are fully qualified to undertake any project regardless of size or system. Design and build projects come complete with a fully pre construction design and co-ordination layout, produced on Auto Cad by our in house design department. Wilwrights also offer a fully coherent design for fresh air ventilation from wall fans to fully ducted systems, all in accordance to the latest building regulations.
We take safety on site very seriously - and we don't take risks. We insist on IOSH training for our managers, SSSTS training for our supervisors and 17th Edition qualifications and adherence for our electricians. Task-specific risk assessments and method statements are written by qualified people for every job. We maintain full training records for all our staff. Our people have a hard-earned reputation for initiative, reliability and successful team-working. They work hard to build effective relationships based on mutual trust with contract managers and others.
This modular project for Tesco involved electrical fit out for 40 click and collect units. The fit out consisted of pre delivery off site phase of first fix containment, Cabling, Lighting, and small power, including factory test and commision. Wilwright install to Tesco design and specification. Full lighting installation. Fully co-ordinated with mechanical contractor. Delivered on time and on budget. Wilwright electrical decommisioned and removed the exisitng BMS system and retrospectively installed Cardif Pinnacles new Trend BMS.
