The work was undertaken diligently with the waste being removed from the property efficiently and within the timescales. The site was brushed down and left clean and tidy. Brilliant service and completed a far better job than thought.
There were a few complications with access (my fault), but through really good communication, and the teams flexibility and adaptability, the waste was collected and removed. The team even left the location of where the waste was in a better state that it was before.

When they could not meet the scheduled pick-up time (wasnt their fault tho, they were late bc of another customer earlier) I was afraid I would have to cancel the service because I had a flight to catch later but they just offered to pick up the waste and take a photo as proof that they completed the service. A fantastic service, professional friendly staff, nothings too much trouble. Excellent price, all sorted over the phone in a couple of minutes and give a really prompt service. Why pay over 200 for a skip that sits on your drive for 2 weeks when these guys will load it on to the truck and take it away for less. I contacted the firm and sent photos of the rubbish to be removed, I was contacted by phone promptly and I agreed on a price to remove all rubbish after good advice on different options. The job was done within 24 hours and I was asked to inspect the site before any payment need to be made.
After inspection I transferred payment to the firm and received a thank you from Norman. My contact.

I booked in The Best Rubbish Removal to come and remove a large amount of rubble in my backgarden. The team were very responsive on whats app business which was very helpful. The guys came to check the access and make a clear pathway and then cleared out the the majority of the work. There was a communication error on what was expected mainly due to my misinformation, the team have very kindly come back to rectify an issue free of charge and were very professional.
The team who came out to do the work were incredibly friendly & thoughtful in terms of access to my home. I would definitely rebook for any other work.
