After a lot of searching we found this company and arranged a visit to discus our requirements and view the heaters. We purchased a wall mounted bar heater for a craft room and a ceiling mounted illuminated heating panel for the bathroom. Both products work brilliantly and have exceeded our expectations. Ordered 2 infra red heating panels from this company and they were delivered very promply (by a decent carrier no less) and in good order. Only fitted the 1200kw heater so far and very impressed with performance and ease of installation (plug in model). Provides good heat and does what it says on the tin. The engagement, advice and general customer service from this company has been exemplary. They will be my first port of call for any other heating needs.

I spend my day in the office at home. The panel is connected to a smart plug and I say 'Alexa, turn panel on for 30 minutes' Saves a fortune on not needing to heat the whole house to warm one room and the heat is localised and perfect. I would describe it like sitting by a window with the sun shining through

I normally dont write reviews but needed to make an exception for IHS. I ordered two infrared round mirror heaters and got them shipped to Australia within 1.5 weeks. Altaf organised a quick delivery and answered all my numerous queries, always responding within the next day. Such great service and a great product that obviously I could find in Australia. Great product and service. The heater does exactly as wed hoped for the outside office, and looks good mounted on the wall in the corner. Really easy to use and love the fact you can turn it on remotely so the room is warm when you go in! Great product and a very helpful and quick service too. Answered all my questions, explained what I needed, and received it very quickly. Id go straight back again if/when we need something similar in the future

I contacted IHS because I wanted a black & a white heating bar. Id already dipped my toe in the water with a small 600 watt far IR heater & decided although it works in a small space I needed something much bigger for the new extension 2400w. They explained the white ones are actually not white but a pale cream. But this was preferable to me than black in that room.
The room is open plan & even though I have three radiators it never gets truly warm but the 2400w IR Heater works well as its not heating the air its heating you & objects such as sofas etc. Ive positioned it to focus its heat on the area of the sofa, the built in thermostat work well. As of the 8/10/22 my smart meter says roughly 1 an hr but as it reaches temperature within 1/2hr which I think is pretty quick (22dg) it switches off so I can only guestimate the true cost is around 65p an hour Ive added it to Smartlife app & I can now turn it on whilst Im in the studio & set the desired temperature.
Ill be ordering the black one for the extension. There is no perfect solution but I think these modern far IR heaters have many benefits over radiators and will save money on my heating bill. IHS were on the ball, invited me to their showroom just a bit far from me. I got next day delivery, & they stayed in touch by telephone text & email. So I can only say Ive had a good experience we have had friends & family around & the far IR bar is a talking point with friends saying they are looking into them. Ill be passing on IHS details.

We find the 350 watt FIR heater ideal when sitting at a desk or in a comfy chair a gentle heat which keeps you warm in a cold room. You can run it for hours and only use a unit or two of electricity. Andrew King

We have a 1900s terraced house with a rear "lean to" designed kitchen with a chimney and open fire. We have had a variety of coal fires and back burner boilers, some with a gas fire on the front. The chimney was always a problem due to a poor design of the kitchen chimney and its position near the main house roof. Finally we opted for a modern wall mounted gas boiler which vented through the kitchen wall.
The options for heating the kitchen itself were an extension to the main radiator system or electric heaters. Like all fitted kitchens floor space was a problem. We decided to try an IR panel mounted on the ceiling and controlled through a simple socket plug-in thermostat with the intention of adding another if successful. It worked perfectly and so far we have not needed another. Choosing, buying and delivery was painless. No problems at all - thoroughly recommended.

I bought this infrared panel heater from this company to heat a small office in my shop. Their website was easy to use and gave useful information to choose the correct wattage for my space. The order arrive quickly. It was easy to attach to the wall and only needed to be plugged into a wall socket. It has been working well and I am very pleased with it. I would order from this company again.

Couldn't recommend enough. I have a flat with double height ceilings that uses electric only. My electric heaters were awful and very expensive to run so I started researching alternative ways to heat my home. After speaking to 4-5 different Infrared heater suppliers I chose this one. They were amazing from start to finish going above and beyond and at a great price.
My heating cost from my panel heaters to the infrared ones have reduced by 1/3 already and are so much more effective! If you have a property with high ceilings or have a large space to heat then these are the perfect option.

Beyond helpful, friendly and delivered absolutely top notch customer service. These guys are patient and will answer all of your dumb questions quite happily instead of trying to scare you into buying expensive over the top gear as quickly as possible for the sake of profit(which is what most of the other companies tried to do to me). Very happy with the product also and I cannot recommend these guys enough.

In my view they are an excellent product, a very eco friendly method of heating, neat and extremely efficient. i then contacted the company to have thermostats sent to me, which arrived the very next day. Weve purchased 2 of the infrared heat panels and they are absolutely brilliant. We have a 6 foot set up in our workshop and the heat from it is superb and a 3 foot set up in our shop which keeps the chill off during the colder days. They are smart looking and both wall mounted so as not to be obtrusive. We also have a sign written panel heater behind our counter so as well as it providing heat it also promotes our business with our logo on it.
Both products are absolutely brilliant. Infrared Heating supplies are great to deal with too. Nothing is too much for them. Theyre helpful and friendly and we highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Victorian property needed cheap but effective heating. Researched infrared panels and IHS was the closest to us. So glad we purchased them. Just what we needed. My kitchen is now warm, bedroom too. We live in spain and ordered x 2 IR panels form these guys, they were shipped within 2 days, unfortunately the transport company at the spanish end lost one of the panels, IHS were on the case very quickly chasing to see where the lost panel was, in the meantime they dispatched a further panel within a few days The two panels are now installed in our kitchen and we are delighted with them Cannot fault the service and the product and would highly recommend IHS

We are converting a very old large shop into a hair and beauty salon. Glass double with large windows each side of the doors on the front and back of the premises. This building has never had heating and with the sun only coming in at the rear of the salon it was COLD in there being very close to the beach too. I'd never heard of infared heating until I was looking for an efficient way to heat this building being 23 meters long and 7 meters wide.
We purchased a 600 watt for the wall in the reception area, a 720 watt for the main salon area placed in the suspended ceiling, x2 320 watt for the suspended ceiling in the beauty rooms and another 600 watt placed in the suspended ceiling in the waiting area in the rear of the salon. Thinking this may not be enough being a cold building but WOW! With no flooring down yet and furniture not in situ the salon is lovely and warm now. It took a couple of days for the heat to filter into the thick solid old walls and now it's perfect. I highly recommend these heaters. They're amazing.

I wanted an IR panel but i wanted it to have a picture on it so that it looked like a painting. I trawled the net and eventually found a suitable image. I contacted infrared over the phone and discussed my requirements and they told me it would be possible. They purchased the image for me, from the internet, and had the panel made it was delivered free of charge within 2 weeks.
Unfortunately I was not satisfied with the frame but that's when infrared showed their true colours. They had the frame picked up again free of charge and sent me another one free of charge all within a couple of days. I also decided that I did not require the thermostat that I had originally purchased again they picked it up from me free of charge and refunded my account the same day. This company has been a pleasure to deal with their customer service is second to none if only all company's were like this life would be so much easier.
