Using MoveStore was the best decision I made when moving from Dyce to Edinburgh. Cameron kept me informed as to what was happening and Andy and Eric were superbat loading up all my stuff and transporting it safely to storage in Edinburgh. They were very professional, friendly, polite and helpful. The subsequent delivery from storage to my flat in Edinburgh went smoothly too. I would have no hesitation in recommending MoveStore as they made the move stress- free.

These guys are absolutely amazing. Very flexible, explained everything as we went and Cameron was great understanding the changes in our situation on move day.
On the day, James and Callum were absolutely brilliant, listening to my concerns and making sure everything was smooth. Unloading was perfect, and Eric came to help too, to make the delivery faster.
Super polite, easy to work with I would highly recommend!

MoveStore helped me move house in late February 2024. They were friendly and professional on what was otherwise a stressful day. Not only were they very careful in moving all my possessions at both properties, but they were also very considerate - taking off their shoes without being asked, driving very carefully across town and double-checking I was happy with where everything was put. We cannot recommend MoveStore enough. Cameron and the team were professional, efficient, friendly and accommodating. Nothing was a bother - from moving awkwardly shaped furniture to needing last minute storage. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Our belongings were well protected and the level of care when moving our furniture was first class, making sure doors, floors and carpets were also protected during the removal and delivery. I cannot recommend MoveStore enough if you are looking to move in Edinburgh! As it was my first time moving I was really unsure of exactly what I would need. Cameron organised a video call to determine how many boxes I would need and give me a very reasonable quote. On the day of moving the team were bang on time and very accommodating. They had all my goods moved very quickly and efficiently with excellent customer service - I truly cannot recommend them enough!

Super friendly and helpful. They didn't have availability on our move day but came up with a solution to put our things into storage for a few days prior to the move date, and then delivered once we were in our new property for very little extra cost. Would recommend.
