I was very pleased indeed with the products supplied and the level of service from a number of employees within the company from the initial enquiry stage right through to the fitting. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgable throughout and kept in touch at all stages. In fact the process was very quick given that the products ordered were bespoke.
The home visit and the fitting were professional and mess-free. The products supplied are exactly what I was wanting and also represent good value for money give the high quality of the items and excellent service.

Ordered a piece of replacement glass for the top of garden table. Had a slight issue due to us not measuring the rounded corners properly, so when it was delivered it had to be returned. Heather was very helpful and arranged a replacement quickly. Delivery drivers were great, calling in advance to let us know they were enroute. A pleasure to deal with such a professional company.

We have bought built in wardrobes from this company and they have provided an excellent product and given an excellent service throughout. From the ordering, help desk and Tony the driver who delivered our goods they get 5 star plus from us. We didnt order soft closers from them at first because we couldnt find them on the website. My husband phoned up to order some and they came directly, separately from our main order, on the same day as the wardrobes. Brought a broken drawer in with cracked mirrored glass and expected the receptionist to say no chance. On the contrary, the lady explained this was common and that wed have the mirrored drawer returned in a week. As promised, the phone call came in and I collected the drawer with it looking absolutely brand new for a very reasonable price. Life savers!

We placed an order for a bespoke splashback mid covid and were told from the outset that it would take approx 8 weeks. We paid half the balance at booking and a fitter was sent to Measure the area for accuracy. Once this was done we paid the balance and it was ordered. When it arrived they called to inform us and gave us a window for fitting. The night before the sales office called and narrowed the time down which was helpful.
On the day of fitting they arrived on time and were professional and the job was done efficiently. We are beyond pleased with the result and thankful that Forsyth could bring our vision to life. Highly recommended
