Incredible customer service. Having been messed around by our energy supplier we decided to go with assured electrical for installing our electric car charger. They fit us in at short notice and did a very neat tidy job. Unfortunately the electric charger from the supplier was faulty (no fault of assured electrical), the director (Jamie?) was amazing with this and even purchased a new charger rather than waiting for our faulty one to be replaced by the supplier (which would have taken weeks). Would 100% recommend to anyone and will be using for all future electrical needs.

We have used job Assured Electrics ( Jamie) several times and each visit has been excellent, time of arrival, friendly, very competent and patient with dogs and kids present. Jamie's initial visit followed several previous from Electricain who could not sort out intermittent faults. Both this and follow up visits can't be faulted. Today another visit by Lewis's one of Jamie's team was equally efficient, polite with rapid diagnoses and solution. We have no reservations in recommending Assured Electrical. Mike and Ann lewis.

I called AES about an electrical issue at a rental property just before 5pm earlier this week, Fran booked the job in and Jamie was with our tenants first thing in the morning! (Can't get quicker than that!). He was very thorough, found the issue, got the power back to the kitchen and I've had really great feedback from our tenants too. I've used AES before and they were brilliant then as well. I worried managing a rental myself might be a lot of work but with AES I know electrical issues can be solved with just a quick call. I cannot thank Jaime and Assured Electrical Solutions enough. Jaime has completed quite a few jobs around my home for me, including installation of air con units, installing more sockets, full wiring of my garden bar to which i have to say Jaime's attention to detail is second to none. Zero wires on show. He even installed a wireless switch in my home to control the outdoor lights on the front of my garden bar!
More recently Jaime installed ceiling speakers along with one down light taken out and the other moved more central over my dining table. The job he did was exceptional. Booking with Assured is super easy and pricing is very competitive, although knowing the standard of Jaime and teams work, i would never go anywhere else. Thank you Assured.

Highly recommend this team. The service, speed and communication throughout was excellent. Alan was very friendly and did a great job of replacing a smoke alarm which was 4.5 metres up from floor to ceiling. Not to mention getting the tall ladder to my 2nd floor flat in the first place. Will use again for the replacement of the other alarms.

I needed to get a wired in smoke detector fitted to a tenants flat. This company were friendly, easy to deal with and charged a fair price for the work. The electrician arrived when they said they would, and I was impressed with the job updates sent by text. While it was a small job, I would be happy to consider the for any further work.

I needed someone to do some small electrical jobs - replacing 2 faulty outdoor LED security lights and replacing a ceiling LED bulb. Assured Electrical Solutions replied to my request promptly with a quote. Their engineer Lewis came at the agreed time and did the work very professionally. He even went to buy a replacement bulb for me. Overall I was very happy with the service and I will use them again if I have another electrical problem.

Fantastic service today. I rang this morning to ask if an electrician could urgently set up a double plug socket. Timetables were rearranged and Carl arrived at lunchtime. A very pleasant and conscientious man, who listened to what I needed and made a suggestion to solve the issue at a lower price than I had been quoted. He completed the work quickly and efficiently, and made sure that he tidied up and replaced my freezer and washing machine before he left. I'm happy with the service from Assured Electrics. They were easy to contact, explained everything and answered all my queries. I was kept up to date on my job such as when the electrician would arrive. When Carl arrived, he did a good job testing the system and explaining what was tested and the results. He also did a good job fitting a new switch and investigating a problem with a fitting, so I am happy with the work done and the service provided.
