Couldn't speak more highly of Chris. Earlier this week he came to install a new Vaillant boiler and radiator for us. We've used him so many times now whenever we have an issue. He's always punctual, straight to the point and does the job flawlessly. Clearing up all the mess before he leaves. He's without a doubt one of the best plumbers around.

Wow, that's all I can say. We've had no heating since Friday (5 days now). We had 2 different guys over who couldn't get it working or work out what the issue was. We bit the bullet and called Chris, desperately trying to get help. He arrived within 2hrs of our call and had our heating working within 40mins. Just amazing, wish we had called him a lot sooner. Do not hesitate to use this guy!

On Sunday, our kitchen sink tap broke, causing water to spray everywhere! We wanted a new one fitted as soon as possible so we called Christopher to access the situation. Unfortunately it was too late to purchase and collect a new tap. We collected a new tap on Tuesday and Christopher returned to install it. He only charged us the Sunday emergency call out fee. We are extremely happy with our new tap and the quality of Christopher's work.

For a second time we had to make an emergency call to Krzysztof to fix a leak on a Saturday evening. He was with us within 30 minutes and was able to resolve the issue with a new spare part. Very reliable, honest and good value when you hear of some of the prices emergency plumbers charge. Would definitely recommend!

Chris has installed my new Vaillant boiler, on time, on a budget and to a very high standard. He also connected my new gas cooker free of charge. He knows his trade very well and is able to give valuable advice on any heating and plumbing problems. Would definitely recommend as a highly skilled engineer and what is most important he is authorised Vaillant installer which will extend warranty of my boiler.

We had problems with our old boiler and the engineer made a fix but after some good honest advice we decided to install a new boiler. (The old one was 19 years old!) It was a bit stressful as we were having lots of other work carried out in our home. However, The engineer was brilliant and he installed the boiler and all testing was completed in one day. This company is excellent and we are having a new cooker installed knowing the work will be to a very high standard.
