A very personal and prompt service. The wood is beautifully packaged and obviously burns to perfection. I use it to compliment our own seasoned wood.... I have over the time using their wood got to talk to the owner of the business. They are passionate about why they import this amazing product. The icing on the cake is that it is regulated properly through all the processes and some of the price you pay goes to help local communities in Namibia. The wood is also wood that should not be growing there and some of the money goes to pla ting the right wood. I love that it is ethical in supporting local infrastructure.

The wood is so dense and dry which burns effortlessly in our stove. I was very impressed with the communication and speed of delivery. We will definitely be stocking up for the winter.

Great interaction with the people of Namibian Hardwood. Having used Rooikrans as my braai wood for the last 16 years in South Africa the quality they supplied was excellent.
Only small issue was the packaging and i'll address that with my next purchase and buy a larger quantity to avoid the 10kg boxes.

The wood arrived pretty quick for free delivery. About 6 days to the North West of England. The wood looks amazing. Ive never seen this wood before, definitely looking forward to burning it. Man, it's a whole lot of wood for £240. I will definitely buy again, this may take the entire winter to get through. The best bit of it all, is the Lady I spoke to with a delivery query, I didn't stop smiling through the whole call. You brightened my day up. Thank you, I really appreciate your help throughout

I'm not one for using foreign woods, when we have so many great hard woods for smoking in the UK, oak, beech, apple, cherry for starters, but the 2 woods I have used so far were ready good and gave a totally different flavour, plus I'm guessing it helps the Namibian economy.

Used this wood on my log burner - burns for around 60 mins per log, amazing smell and cheaper than many other places I've bought similar wood from in past. Free delivery and delivered less than 48 hours after ordering. Very satisfied, can't wait to try on a BBQ will definitely be ordering more.

Absolutely top service and very kind staff. I was desperate for some quality wood for a braai - and found them online. The problem for me was that I needed the wood urgently because I was having people over at short notice. But this was not a problem for Namibian Hardwood - the wood was delivered on time and speedily. I'm impressed by this. The quality of the Kameeldoring was as you'd expect, super hot fire and coals and only left me wishing I had more meat to braai because the coals were still hot afterwards. Will highly recommend buying from them, and will definitely be a returning customer.
