I had a problem with the iMac losing the internet signal at odd times without any reason as far as I could see. I telephoned Maidstone Technology, and got a reply at once. I got an appointment the same day for a technician to come to the house and check the computer' signal and internet speed etc. I was given good advice and some things to do if it persists. The technician changed some things and it appears to have worked. Most of all I feel as if someone bothered to try to answer my problem and was willing to take time to see me and try things. I will keep in touch to ensure the problem does not arise and would be happy to deal with this group again if needed. It was fast, efficient service for some one not at all technologically minded.

I needed a MacBook laptop repair for a broken screen. The guys at Maidstone Technology collected it and fitted a new screen. The repair, collection, and return were pretty quick, and I'm happy with the price of the repair and service. Would recommend them for computer support. Thank you.
