Many of our bathroom items we order arrive next day, so if you've left it late there is no need to worry.

Purchased some very expensive tiles from DTW after seeing them displayed in their showroom to tile a feature wall. Designed the bathroom around the tiles, wall, floor and bathroom furniture only to be delivered a washed out version of the tile that isn't anything like the display or the sample tile that we were given. After a number of phone calls was told that the display was put up a year ago and the manufacturer could no longer produce the same coloured tile. Nothing offered other than our money back but when you've already put the rest of the tiles up and taken delivery of furniture I find this hardly acceptable. There doesn't seem to be a complaints procedure, not that the manager is really aware of just send it in Writing but not much more they can do.
