Monster Cleaning managed the end of tenancy cleaning for a flat that I used to rent years ago, and today for the one I have been renting for the past six years. As a recurrent customer, my feedback is that the service provided on both occasions met my expectations. I appreciated the clear communications with the office when I was planning the service and the flexibility to meet my requests.
The team was very polite, they arrived on time with all the necessary equipment and carried out an accurate cleaning. I would recommend using this company for an end of tenancy cleaning and in future I would book their service again.

The service was excellent even amazing my cooker was in a really bad state as I have arthritis in my hands and cannot clean properly but when my team turned up something magical happened my cooker was new again fully recommended I certainly will be my number one oven go to thanks guys you were great

Had an excellent experience with Monster cleaning two carpets ahead of new tenants moving in. They had already been cleaned by another firm but frankly were still both stained and clearly not properly cleaned. I managed to book late on Thursday night for a first thing Saturday clean and the booking process was very impressive. The team arrived on time with fantastic equipment and all the right products to remove the stains. The carpets looked totally different after the clean. I also thought the pricing was very good value. Would use again

Just to say your team did an amazing job today on the end of tenancy clean! The property has never been so clean. They were on time, very polite and extremely thorough, and took extra time to shampoo the carpet multiple times and thoroughly clean an extremely dirty oven. A very professional yet friendly service from start to finish. I am extremely happy with the results. My dirty stained rug is now amazingly like new. They also cleaned my two expensive wool covered settees, which were stained and dirty. They are like new again! I would absolutely recommend Monster Cleaning.

End of tenancy cleaning. Well worth the money and would recommend and use monster cleansing services again. Had a fantastic experience with Emil and his team. Very hardworking, professional and worked for over 7 hours to make the house look brand new again. They cleaned a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom semi detached house and at last minute were happy to be asked to clean extra for a bit more cost. They were very accommodating and made sure everything was done to highest possible standards!

I've been letting an appartment in Kingston and the tenants left it a compleate mess. They lost their deposit, but I had doubts it would be able to cover the damage they did. I hired Monster Cleaning to do a complete cleaning of the property including carpets and they did an amazing job with the place. The price was fair given the state of the property and they even gave me a 50% discount on the carpet cleaning. I'm very pleased with their work.
