Superb service as always. This is second time we've had Flooring Surgeons do work for us and they have always been excellent. Their recommendations are always appreciated and they do go out of their way to ensure that you pick the right product for the application. All their floors are really good quality (our wood floor from 2 years ago still looks new!).
On this occasion, the fitter we had was Ryan who was very methodical with a keen eye for detail - a great trait for such a young lad. Would 100% use Flooring Surgeons again and have Ryan do this fitting for us.

Honestly amazing from the start! Harvey was so helpful and made us feel comfortable we were making the right decision. No question was too much for him and he went to great efforts to explain things thoroughly. Outstanding service from start to finish! Friendly staff in store who helped us choose our floor with all the information we needed. Harvey was excellent, came to measure and show us samples in our home to see what the floor will look like. Floor fitters came on time, friendly and polite. Highly recommended and extremely pleased!

I got a engineered wood herringbone floor through flooring surgeons and it's really good quality for the price. I'm still installing it but so far so good. One of the boxes was slightly damaged during delivery and they promptly sent replacements for the damaged boards. Would use again.

Harvey who answered the phone is a nice guy, friendly and professional. great communication! The store provides nice product with very reasonable price. fast and friendly delivery, the driver even helped me to unload the products into my flat by hands. overall very happy with the service.
