Our building manager recommended IntelliCasa to repair an ongoing issue we had been having with our office light sensors. After an initial visit to troubleshoot the issue, the require part was ordered and Elie & Vishal returned to fix the issue as soon as was convenient. They worked very well as a team to make the repairs and finished the job in good time.
They stay as long as was needed to check the system was all working as it should, and cleaned and vacuumed before leaving. They were both professional and personable. I highly recommend IntelliCasa.

I have been working at IntelliCasa for three months now. The company has an amazing office at Chiswick Business Park which also serves as a showroom to demonstrate all kinds of smart technology solutions it can propose to the commercial and residential sector. The team is phenomenal. From the start Intellicasa were fantastic in helping us with our Lutron lighting problems at Pearson Square. They were rapid to respond and identify the problem and in particular, Elie, worked tirelessly making sure a solution was found in the fastest possible time. I moved into my new home in September 2018, and the house only being 5 years old, I thought, incorrectly, that all my home automated equipment would be working! The previous owner had stripped out a great deal of the equipment and the initial installation by a company called Indigo was truly appalling. I googled Intellicasa, based on their reviews, and can truly say that I have not come across anyone in my considerable years with the work ethic, attitude, aptitude, knowledge and just plain common decency and courtesy, like Elie and his great team.
Their ability to troubleshoot small and large problems is very impressive, and I have been very fortunate to find a company of their calibre and status. My new Crestron system is state of the art and incorporates; home security, multimedia, lighting, heating etc and is fabulous. I was introduced to the concept of Smart Homes by Intelicasa. I was really impressed by their enthusiasm and work ethic, that I decided to appoint them for one of my developments. As a professional developer it was really refreshing to work with someone who knew his industry. We installed Crestron lighting, and controls, smart heating/cooling, automated blinds and AV automation throughout the development. It gave the added extra to sell this property easily. After a little research I have been toying with the idea of having a home automation system installed, mainly to control multimedia devices heating and lighting. Intellicasa was recommended by a friend and a quick google search brought up company details and the feedback seemed pretty good. After a phone call, i came in touch with Elie and we arranged to meet and discuss ideas.
He also invited me to see a crestron home automation system in action at an apartment he recently had installed. Elie and his team especially Elie are very passionate and very professional in their work with attention to detail, always updating and discussing ideas along the way. He recommended a savant system for lighting and Crestron for control of heating and multimedia.
From the very first contact to the final install I have been kept updated about the whole process. After completion he explained and run through the operation and how everything worked. He left detailed instructions and diagrams in case I needed them and if I had any problems, that he was only a phone call away. Very professional guys, thank you very much.

When planning a complete renovation of a large flat I had recently purchased in the Kensington area, I knew I wanted multiroom audio/video because I'd had it installed in a home renovation I undertook 10 years earlier and loved it. The technology had changed dramatically since my first foray with a Systemline system, so I wanted an installer who could give me a reliable but reasonably priced system with all the latest bells and whistles I'd need.
I got quotes from four different installers but felt most comfortable with Intellicasa because their quote was competitive and the Savant system they recommended seemed to fit the bill, but mostly because Elie struck me as the smartest person in the home automation field I'd ever met by far, along with the other members of his team, all of whom were extremely nice people.
He knows his stuff and is a super nice guy who really loves what he does. I grew so confident with his work that we ended up adding heating controls and Lutron lighting controls to the system as well, all installed by Intellicasa and controlled by the Savant system with an app on our iPhones or iPads. Elie's been great in terms of explaining how the system works and updating/tweaking it to meet my and my family's needs. We're very happy with the work Intellicasa has done and are very happy to share our positive experience.

Eli was the most helpful and clever and nice guy. He never gives up your issue and can sove almost everything that concerns your sound system and WIFI! he stayed late just to complete the job properly. Really I would recommend his services a million times

Intellicasa realized for me a full automation system by Savant for my house in Monaco: lighting, audio/video inclusive of airplays and media server, temperature, blinds, CCTV. Everything is controllable in an easy and comfortable way from the keypads in the house or simply with the mobile phone even remotely when I'm abroad. The time for realizing all the project has been incredibly fast and smooth nevertheless sometimes I changed my mind in between.
Perfect also the assistance after completion of the work. A lot of companies pretend to do home automations but Intellicasa is one of the few I met who really does in the best way. Carry on like this, thank you.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Elie and the team at Intellicasa. I first used their services to fix a software problem I inherited when I bought a property with Crestron and have just used them again to design and install the home automation elements on my refurbished property. For cost and ease of use I decided to go for Savant products and I'm delighted with the results. Elie is a little genius and really understood a) what I wanted; and b) how to deliver it in an efficient manner.
The job was finished a few months ago and is still working great - CCTV, lighting, HVAC and music all controlled by my iPhone (I still find this amazing). Would highly recommend.
