We could not be happier with the quality of work and the final finish. We have had a new patio, driveway, front garden, front wall and step and it has transformed our house. Front Garden 2023 Having had Sale Fencing revamp our back garden a couple of years ago, we decided it was time to get them back again to tackle our front garden. Our front garden is a lot smaller, is bounded by trees and bushes, covered in moss, has some dead box hedging and is east facing. In other words, nothing grows and it was becoming a bit of an eyesore. Richard came round to provide some ideas and a couple of quotes in the summer and we finally settled on paving that's similar to our back garden, but with some raised edging and a boxed in tree. Tony and Scott have recently finished the job (see pic) and as always were excellent.
Their attention to detail is amazing, working within millimetres to ensure the drainage was correct, that everything lined up and was symmetrical. Each day, they'd clear everything away, wash the driveway down and ensure everything was neat and tidy. I really can't fault their work ethic and the overall excellent service they provide. A wonderful company and team to work with.
We've now got a (very) low maintenance front garden, that's already had some positive comments from passers by and neighbours. Back Garden - 2021 From start to finish Sale Fencing were professional and hard working. We'd had a number of quotes, but Sale Fencing were the only ones to spend the time evaluating the site, proposing ideas, talking options and helping us to plan it out.
The onsite team (Tony, Brian and Dave) were exceptional. They're diligent and hard working with a real attention to detail, proposing tweaks here and there to improve the original concept. After each day, the team ensured the site was cleaned down. What we've been left with is another room to the house that we can enjoy for years to come. Thanks again, for everything you've done.

We're delighted with the landscaping at the front of our house. The team from Sale Fencing were a joy to work with. From Richard who helped with the design & planning through to Tony, Scott, Brian & Kyle who worked so hard to complete the job in a timely fashion. Their attention to detail, persistence to overcome challenges & get things right with such good humour & professionalism made this very straightforward for us.
Each evening the work area was left clean & tidy. The work has been done to the highest of standards & looks impeccable. We'd thoroughly recommend & not hesitate to use the company again.

Everything went as planned - from our initial visit from Richard to getting a quote, booking in a slot for the work and then last week when Brian, Dave and Colin arrived to do the work. I had wooden driveway gates installed today and they are absolutely gorgeous, extremely pleased with them. The quality of the timber is excellent. Tony and Scott did the fit for me and they were brilliant, they did a fantastic job and made sure everything was fitted inch perfect- I would highly recommend these guys!

Absolutely delighted with our new Patio. It was actually completed a few weeks ago but we wanted to let the grass grow up to it to show it off to best effect. Sale Fencing & Surfacing made a patio and repaved a driveway in my grandparents' home in March 2023. The job was completed very quickly and to a high standard. Dealing with quotes/ money and job timetable was very easy and straight forward. We experienced no hidden or last minute costs. Gary, Tom and Matt were gentlemen all the way through from quote to construction to payment and completion and were great with my elderly grandparents.
The team ensured that we were happy with everything before they left and have been in touch since to check how we are doing. My grandparents are very happy with the work done, the ease of dealings and got along great with the team. Very highly recommend.

Choosing a contractor to build a driveway is scary. There's no hiding from bad worksmanship. a driveway greets you every day. But when I first met Richard my mind was immediately put at ease. His expertise was clear and his quotation was very detailed. Communication was excellent and the work started on time. Richard's colleagues, Brian, Dave and later Colin, were brilliant.
They told me every day how the job was progressing; we discussed the finer details and always there was a creative solution to any challenge. They were always friendly and hardworking. I cannot praise them more highly. These are guys who know exactly what they are doing. We are super pleased with our driveway and, for someone who doesn't write many reviews, have no hesitation in recommending Sale Fencing and Surfacing to others.

Top quality throughout the whole process. Couldn't really have asked for more. The team (Richard) were responsive in the lead up to starting, and throughout the job, the guys (Tony & George) were lovely - reassuring in the way they went about the job, giving us constant updates and keeping us in the loop on progress and questions. Ordered some gates from Rick after a lot of options were given to us - came the next week to fit them. Tony and Rob were super - very neat, polite and cleaned up any mess after. Super quick too & attention to detail. I absolutely love the gates - better than I had imagined. We've also had a patio, fencing, side gates and drive way before through Sale Fencing and will definitely be using them again. Great local family company with great customer values. 5 star.

Tony and Ben did a great job removing an old fence and installing a new horizontal slatted one. The lads were very helpful and considerate. Good quality workmanship, tidy job and cleaned up after. Competitive prices would recommend!
