Arbi was a lovely and super professional. Many would have given up installing an aircon unit in the loft that required a scaffolding. Arbi went out of his way to source the scaffolding, pay for it himself and got the job done! Really happy. Only feedback I would give to the customer is make sure you have both Arbi and his engineer inspect the site before the job as this will save time and money. I would highly reccomend Arbi.
