An excellent service - The engineer (FRANK) who visited, was thorough and found the leak (under the floor) within 30 minutes. He arrived on time (having travelled over 100 mls) and always told me what he was doing and improved the heating system by fitting a new regulator to the heating system. He also tidied up before he left.

We had two holes drilled into our underfloor heating system by some carpenters - Attila was able to find the problems and was meticulous about checking for other leaks from the other holes drilled. We are very grateful to him for fixing the problem.

ADI were able to provide an appointment the day after contacting them. The engineer, Adam, was able to quickly identify a problem that was causing water to enter places where it shouldn't, and then to provide and skilfully execute a solution. Throughout, Adam was polite and helpful.

ADI Leak Detection were helpful from first contact. I was able to discuss the problem at length without feeling pressurised. Frank arrived next day. Was punctual & courteous. He explained the process and equipment to be used and discovered the leak quickly. This was repaired the same day and advice given for drying out the floor. I would recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if necessary.

Mark was incredibly helpful, he made a pretty nasty situation with Thames Water a lot easier. He managed to find the leak coming from the meter box with minimal issues for my tenants, though it wasn't easy, he kept me well informed throughout today and even called Thames Water for me and got them to come out in the next few days to fix the leak.
I am a happy Landlady!

The booking was very simple and they had quick availability which meant our leak was detected and dealt with promptly. The engineer/plumber who attended, Frank, was excellent and very knowledgeable. He located the leak quickly, dug up the area and fixed it all within 4hrs. At every stage he kept me informed and explained everything fully. Excellent work.

Paul was the engineer who visited today he was very polite and knowledgeable nothing was too much trouble. He did all the testing required. he found a slight problem in the garage showing signs of water loss thankfully no signs of a leak or damp hidden behind the walls, I am glad I used this company I have now got piece of mind and hopefully things will now be ok
