Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Warm Floors. I live down south and was having issues with underfloor heating. Pressure dropped every 10 mins. I follow warm floors account on insta and saw how professional they were in completing jobs. Even tho they didn't cover london area they were so helpful with my problem and recommended me a company down south that would be able to help.
They even offered me support over the phone. After been conned buy another company I really trusted the advice and recommendation. "Honest, Efficient, Easy" three words written on the side of Russell's van. He missed one off "Integrity". We had been having issues with our underfloor heating and hadn't needed the services of a heating engineer for it before. You hear horror stories of tradesmen you pick of the internet, but there was something about the reviews about Warmfloors and Russell that made me chose him.
My instincts proved right and right from first contact to the point we shook hands after the job was complete Russell was a pleasure to deal with. His integrity was beyond reproach, we were convinced we needed the whole system replacing and initially informed him off this. He gave us ball park figure for the job but insisted he come out and take a look rather than just come and do the job.
In the end all it turned out to be was some valves. We also decided to upgrade the thermostats. When he came back the work was carried quickly and efficiently. Russ even sorted an issue we had with the radiators at no extra charge. By the way Russell is from Bradford and we are in York, this didn't matter to him. I will certainly use Russell again should the need arise.

Professional, knowledgeable, reliable and genuine. Russel made the effort to call before Christmas at short notice as heating not working. found and solved the problem quickly. We had another issue after Christmas with a thermostat. He again found the problem quickly and dealt with it. The bonus was that he would take any more money! Russel was quick to answer the phone & attend to the job. Immediately diagnosed the issue with our underfloor heating and began the process of fixing it to its best possible state. Very friendly guy and easy to have around the house just make sure you feed him cups of tea to keep him happy. (Don't worry if you forget, he'll ask you for them.)

I'm new to wet underfloor heating, and when I moved the system wasn't working properly. Russell was a genius and sorted out the problems with the wireless thermostats and the system. He travelled from Yorkshire to Surrey and it was worth every penny. I found that plumbers couldn't rectify problems and electricians didn't understand the plumbing. Since sorting out my heating (and correctly labelling the control unit) he's since given me some invaluable advice. Thank you so much Russell.

I contacted warmfloors to enquire about somebody coming to look at our underfloor heating that didn't seem to be working. Russel was very professional and helpful. I sent him pictures of the system we have, from this he was able to send me the appropriate information (easy instructions) on how to resolve the problem.free of charge as he knew it was a simple fix. Russel contacted me later to check how I got on and to see if it had worked. Brilliant communication and a fantastic service. I will definitely use warmfloors in the future if needed. Very professional installation of underfloor heating system linking in with existing hive set up to independently control the underfloor. The finish on the floor was incredibly smooth after the screed was applied. The true test will be when winter comes but can definitely feel the floor warming up when the water is running through the pipes. Certainly recommend Russel and his team.

Russel fixed my underfloor heating after trying 5 other companies in my local area. He travelled further than he should have to fix my underfloor heating and was on time, fixed every problem I had, was a pleasure to deal with and I really felt comfortable having him in my home and chatting with. Really pleased with the work Russel did for us to get our underfloor heating working again, and to change the thermostats to a more modern, easy-to-control system. From my initial conversation with Russel I knew he was the best person for the job and a real expert at what he does, which is very hard to find as far as underfloor heating is concerned!
I sent a few photos to Russel to show him our system and what we wanted doing and from there we booked a date for Russel to come and complete the work. There was no initial visit required, Russel simply turned up on the agreed day and completed the work efficiently and exactly to our specification. The cost was very reasonable and exactly in line with what had been quoted beforehand All communication with Russel was very easy and I cannot fault anything, the service we received was excellent. I would highly recommend Russel, if he can't come out to you straight away (because he is in high demand) then he is well worth the wait, you will not find better!

From start to finish WarmFloors were professional, polite and very well informed with years of experience. Russel came for the site survey and gave me information I needed to do some preparation work myself and save money. The team turned up on time and completed when they said, they also repaired a fault caused by another workman on my boiler, very clean and tidy after the work done and took their waste away. Russel took the time to hand over the system and explain everything that I needed to know. I have no reservations in recommending this 5 star service

Excellent service from Russel. We'd had problems with our underfloor heating for ages, that several companies had been unable to fix. Russel arrived and quickly found that we had two separate problems caused by poor installation. He was then able to successfully re-wire everything, fixing both faults and preventing further issues down the line. They clearly know their stuff about underfloor heating systems, unlike most generalist heating firms. Very pleased that the system is fixed, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Russel and the company.
