Just had my annual boiler service. Date and time prearranged well in advance. The boiler engineer was very polite and professional. From what I observed he was very thorough and knowledgeable. I felt confident about his work ethic, and there was no rushing to quickly get the job done and get away fast. When he had completed his work, all was left clean and tidy and nothing for me to do. He informed me that everything was working well and hopefully see me in 12 months time. This is my 12th service from new and I can honestly say that I felt reassured that the job was carried out more thoroughly than the previous services by other companies. Good job. Thank you.

All went well with the Worcester Greenstar 4000 30kW installation. James worked relentlessly up and down the stairs from the loft and the other stairs, he was working alone.
More options for the boiler would have been appreciated.
I did choose to have the Hive system and find it useful for smart phone being able to control the boiler away from home.

Ryan, our installer went above and beyond with his service. They ring you with exact arrival times and the whole process was seamless. We had a conversion to a combi done, but Ryan stayed until 7ish so it was completed, didn't even stop for lunch. We're renovating the house and he even gave us some advice and helped with a couple of other non related jobs.

Time has come to change my 20 years old boiler. There is plenty of companies to choose from but boiler central was the one that had most attractive offers. My queries was answered very promptly and in very professional manner. Combi boiler was installed on the day and very quickly. Gas man arrived early in the morning and finished after 5 hours, which was a bonus. Again, any queries was answered by installer without hesitation, which suggests he did have a knowledge. No time wasted. After installation all documents was sent within a day. I am very happy customer so far.

It was so easy to arrange the new boiler. Just followed the questions on line and I had a call back all done quickly and professional. I went for a Worcester Bosch that was not the boiler advised for me, but the Worcester was my choice. No question was to much trouble and I took the choice of 1yrs free credit, pay in full or I can pay in installments after the year had passed.

Absolutely brilliant company! Easy to use website, really helpful staff. Boiler engineer arrived early and didn't stop working until he had completed the job. There was an issue with the boiler a couple of days following installation but reported it to Boiler Central and the engineer returned within a matter of hours to rectify and has been working perfectly since. Super quick and hassle free. Ordered my boiler on Thursday, for installation Monday. They gave me times of when the engineer would arrive. He was friendly and helpful which reassured me, we were in safe hands! Couldn't recommend the company more. The gave me a call in the morning to check the engineer was there and I was happy and the aftercare has also been great!

Genuinely a really good, professional installation but with the lowest I could find for the boiler I wanted. BG and Eon were a 1,000 plus more expensive so I was a bit worried about the installation. Needn't have been. They were great.

It was well fitted, good job and clean and tidy. One drawback, Boiler Central did push the fitting back a day with less than 24 hours notice.

It is very smooth and logical to get a online quotation. It was then followed up by a courtesy call and they were able to answer extra question that I have. They are very responsive when I have questions before; during AND after the installation. All questions were answered promptly and with great details. The interaction from getting a quote to installation and after installation were so easy and made me felt at ease that I was in good hand

We needed our boiler changed urgently and boiler central were extremely professional and reliable. Their customer service is great which is something rare these days, and I received several calls after installation to make sure everything was working fine. 10/10 would recommend.

Good initial customer service but a bit slow in keeping me informed of changes regarding the installation time/date. That said on the day of installation the engineer was excellent, as was the electrician. Work was completed without any issues and both ensured we were satisfied with everything before leaving.

From ordering on Saturday afternoon we had our new Boiler fitted on the following Tuesday and fully functional by 2.00pm. The company is easy to deal with, great communication and kept us in the loop at every stage of the process. The two fitters that came to install our boiler were very polite and efficient, I was given a walk through of the new system by the fitter and everything was left clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Boiler Central to anyone thinking of upgrading their central heating system.
