I can thoroughly recommend this firm, delighted with the service. I had what I believed to be a complex problem but Dennis & Kyle were able to properly diagnose and solve the issue inside an hour, something other "specialist leak" providers were unable to do. The guys were knowledgeable and informative, saving me hundreds over what other less scrupulous companies wanted, being clear and concise in options and advice. Having dealt with a few other companies in an attempt to resolve my particular issues, I wish I had come here first. Do yourself a favour, give them a call for a proper, value for money service.

Denis came to perform a CCTV survey of the drains at a new property we moved into and came back to install drain liners. He is very knowledgable (answered the roughly 100 questions I had :)) and we're really pleased with the end result

Dennis and James were star performers. Great initial contact with Dennis - who responded to my request from Checkatrade on a Sunday evening! Very polite. Took care of booking with the office and then turned up with James and had the problem fixed before I could even get off the phone to tell them what the problem actually was! Brilliant service - can't recommend these guys enough.

Went to the downstairs toilet to discover it was over flowing. Immediately called Daniel james and they had one of there guys out to me in less than an hour. He quickly quickly identified that the issue was a blocked drain externally. Less than 15 minutes later he had the issue resolved. Thank you really appreciative of all your help

Would highly recommend. After originally receiving a quote from another company for nearly 500 we contact Daniel James Drainage, Denis contacted me straight away to arrange to come over to look. Very knowledgeable and explained what he thought would be best solution for us and quoted a price which was more than reasonable. Came as arranged and all sorted n drains cleaned n cleared within the hr. Really great guy would highly recommend.

We had another drainage company out a few weeks back, issue wasn't resolved. But Dennis from Daniel James drainage has done an amazing job at figuring out the root cause with our drainage system and resolved the issue with unblocking our drain. Such great service, very helpful & friendly.
