Another fantastic boiler install by Darren and his team. Contacted him on Saturday afternoon after one of our tenants reported their boiler had packed in during the night. Darren attended on Monday morning and he had the new boiler supplied and fitted the same day. The tenant and landlord were absolutely delighted with the service and workmanship. I cannot thank Darren and the team enough. From what could have been a stressful experience, became 100% stress-free. The problem with our broken boiler was diagnosed correctly by Darren, (before called Glasgow Boiler Repairs, we had called other companies, and, despite coming round to our house, none of them were able to make a definitive diagnosis.)The price to have the work done was excellent/very competitive and the work carried out was carried out the next day.
The work was able to be done imminently and was carried out professionally and respectfully and everything was left clean and tidy. Good service from the start! turned up to quote when agreed and worked out the problems and what needed done. Explained everything so it made sense to us and left us confident they could do the job. Quote came back and was a fair price and better then some others we had. Agreed with Darren we wanted them to do the work expecting it not to happen for a while and he managed to fit it in sooner which was a massive help for us. Overall really pleased with Darren and his team. Would definitely use again!

After years of getting my boiler serviced by the 'accredited' servicing company for my boiler make i tried these guys instead. Full marks to JS, no fuss approach and knowledgeable. Our boiler broke down and Darren came out on the Monday morning as planned to give us a quote for the fitting of a new Worcester boiler that I had picked. Darren gave a competitive quote and offered to replace it within the next 48 hours. Two chaps came out as planned and did the job. Job was completed only a few days ago but so far so good!

Recently had a boiler replaced by Glasgow Boiler Repairs - great job done well! It was a complex job to get the roof based flue installed but the guys did it perfectly. The engineers arrived on the dot of the time agreed, and the full job was completed in a couple of hours without any drama, and covering what was agreed in the quote. This is the third time I've used the company and I couldn't be happier with the standard of the work, and value for money.

I had an issue with my gas engineer a few years ago, found Glasgow Boiler Repairs and decided to give them a try. I've been extremely impressed with their continued excellent service. Fab efficient boiler service by Jordan! Emailed Darren's email on 22 September and had boiler service booked in for 27 September. Jordan arrived on the time and completed the boiler service and log book. He also advised on a new part for a resistor and adjusted a thermostat for me. I moved into my current house and ran the old boiler until it couldn't be fixed again. Plenty of obscene quotes later I got Darren around who measured up and came back with a quote in days. Unreal price. Then the day of the install. The guys who came to do it were like a well oiled machine. I was on back to back video calls all day. I didn't hear a thing.
They started at 8:30am and by 1:30pm after the roofers had been to do their bit, the job was done. Budget limitations meant at the time I couldn't get the new radiators in like I wanted. However when finances allow I will be getting them back to do those for me. Don't entertain anyone else. Darren and his team are fantastic! Would definitely use again!

I contacted Glasgow Boiler Repairs because my boiler broke down & I'd been planning on getting a new one anyway. Darren came out that day to have a look & gave me a couple of different boiler options including one which would fit into the cabinet the old one was housed in so it meant it wouldn't ruin the aesthetic of the kitchen. He fitted an Ideal Logic boiler & Hive thermostat the following morning so from initial contact to installation, the whole process only took 24 hours - that's quicker than some Amazon deliveries! The service & communication was great, & it was excellent value for money. I love being able to control my heating from my phone. Thank you!

I had my boiler replaced and three radiators fitted by Darren and his colleagues. Darren promptly came out to give me a quote and was able to fit me in within a week, the quote was very competitive and communication was excellent throughout. I contacted Darren the evening after my boiler was fitted as I was unhappy with the pipework (personal preferance rather than poor plumbing) and he came out the next evening to rectify it and did an excellent job. Boiler broke down, spoke to Angela at gbr who quickly arranged an engineer to attend. No having to order parts, engineer found out what was wrong went to his van and came back with required part and heating restored.

I contacted GBR last night after my boiler started showing an error number, the engineer said that someone would be round the next day between 12-4pm. Darren arrived at 11:35, I've never been so pleased to see him! Our flat had just sold, and suddenly our boiler started to cut out. Darren at GBR answered our query within an hour and we got our engineer booked in very quickly. The engineer came out, established the fault and repaired the boiler very quickly. The engineer left us over the weekend to make sure the fault never returned, and no charge until we were happy. Couldn't fault these guys.

Very impressed with Glasgow Boiler Repairs. After enquiring online Darren visited and arranged a very reasonable quote the next day. It was a more complicated job as pipes had to be moved and they had to work round a shed. Two very pleasant engineers came out a few weeks later, installed our new boiler and took away the old one. We've had no issues since. Boiler is working perfectly. Great service. Would highly recommend.

Engineer came out very quickly after another company had mucked me about for a week (leaving me with heating and hot water for 6 days). He was initially puzzled by the issue but persevered and got the problem fixed. He would not take any money at the time, instead insisting that I wait for 24 hours to ensure the problem was properly fixed. When I did make payment, it was incredibly reasonable. It's such peace of mind to have found a reputable, reliable engineer who knows what they are taking about (these seem few and far between nowadays).

Jordan turned up on time, was clear and efficient in what he was doing. He explained what he was doing, gave approximate times for work (which he was within). I was emailed a certificate and invoice on the same day. Really good company, who we have used several times and will continue to do so. Jordan has always done our services which also gives comfort. They installed my boiler 2 years ago. Darren gave excellent advice and supplied a Worcester Bosch boiler with a large domestic hot water capacity. I can now run 2 thermostatic mixer showers at the same time! This was my second annual boiler service, the engineer turned up on time and was efficient. I have had no problems with the boiler. My boiler wasn't giving any hot water so I called Glasgow Boiler Repairs. They sent someone over to have a look that same day and he diagnosed the issue once he took the cover off the boiler. He didn't have a spare part with him but he returned two days later with the parts and fixed the boiler. I'm very happy with the service they provided - quick, efficient and professional.
For the supply and fitting of the conveyor and thermistor, the price came to 170, with no call-out charges. Would definitely recommend this company if you have boiler issues.

Darren from Glasgow Boiler Repairs helped me out when another company let me down. The other company had quoted a ridiculous amount of money for the installation of a cheap boiler, then never bothered to show up. From the initial phone call to the office, to Darren coming out the very next day to quote, I knew we had chosen the right company to undertake the work.
One thing, Darren does not intimidate you with jargon, or hit you with sales nonsense. He explains what needs done, offers solutions to suit your budget then asks you to have a think about it. We got a Worcester boiler with installation for a cracking price, with an unmatched aftercare service provided directly by Glasgow Boiler Repair. A few weeks ago, I recommended Darren to a family friend after her boiler packed in suddenly.
She was absolutely delighted with the service and price. Also, when she encountered a small teething problem with a pipe after installation, Darren came out late at night to fix it for her so she wouldn't be without heating or hot water. Amazing customer service from start to finish, after being let down by 5 other companies, including our insurance company, Darren came out within a few hours and had our heating and hot water working in under an hour! Could not fault his service he clearly is clued up and has plenty of experience as none of the other gas engineers could fix or diagnose the issue, we will be using this company in the future and will be recommending to friends and family, had been without heating and hot water for 5 days over the weekend! Was a God send and was 150 less than the manufacturer of our boilers engineer!

Darren at Glasgow Boiler Repairs has been really fantastic and a gem of a find. He has been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The company reviews speak for themselves but Glasgow Boiler Repairs is firmly in my little black book now as they are brilliant. Darren came out and fitted a new boiler within a matter of days and had a great insight in to the specific boilers we were looking at.
He has also provided a great guarantee on the boiler. Having had a previous boiler person out who had misdiagnosed (from another company), we are over the moon with this company's service and dedication / quality of customer care. Highly recommend.
