Excellent service. The team respond to emails very quickly and are extremely helpful. We are first time buyers and really benefited from the helpful advice given to us. The survey was completed within a week of the booking and the results were published the day after the survey was completed. I would highly recommend this service.

Tom is a super experienced surveyor who does a very detailed surveying for the house that I wanna proceed, with solid and useful comments. I am doubtless to recommend him and his company if you need to do a surveying.

Tom was excellent, from the moment I first enquired on the level 2 survey to producing the document the same day as he viewed the property. He gave plenty of feedback and photos which is great so I know what bits needs doing on the house. He was so effficient and emailed me after the survey to make sure I was happy and understood everything he had written in the report! I would 1000% recommend Tom to all my friends/family/colleagues who need a survey doing!

Fantastic work, visited the property 2.5 weeks from instruction, survey report received on the same day. Report was well presented, detailed, easy to understand and there were lots of supporting pictures which were very handy. Would use again and recommend to others.

I would definitely recommend JRV Surveys. They provided a very helpful Home Buyers Report on the day of the survey. Throughout the process, Tom was extremely responsive to all correspondence and kept me updated. I will definitely use again in the future.

Great service from Tom and the team. The report was with me the same day as the survey was completed, along with 200 photos of the house. I was able to call Tom the next day to discuss any key points further.

I strongly recommend Tom and JRV Surveys. The survey was fast, comprehensive and with good number of images. Tom was friendly and communicative. After hiring Tom for a homebuyer survey, I have just realised how bad or lazy other surveyors I hired in past were.

Really great service, very very quick and good value compared to other quotes. I called Monday afternoon, survey was done on the Wednesday, and I received the results Friday morning. Couldn't have gone better
