All of your items will be stored in secure crates within our own storage facility benefitting from 24hr CCTV and strictly controlled access means your belongings are kept safe from harm.

Turtons have moved our office twice now and I can't recommend them any higher. We have quite technical requirements that take a lot of care and pre-planning to move, the team were very considerate throughout and made sure we were comfortable in the process before we started. Highly recommended for commercial moves.

We booked Turtons for a move in November this year and I was really impressed with their service. In terms of booking them it was really easy to get a quote and they offered a reasonable price. I found Ben really helpful in the run up, he was really responsive and happy to answer questions about packing and the process. On the day, they arrived promptly and were careful, polite and efficient. It made the move much less stressful and I wonder why we've ever tried to move by ourselves in the past!

Excellent house move from Ben and team. Hired to perform a 532 mile round trip at great value. They organised a time the night before to start moving items and furniture into the van so that we could leave as early as possible the next day as I had a deadline to pick up the keys for the new apartment. They covered and protected the sofa and mattress and safely moved them out and into both properties and handled all items with care. Ultimately, they are highly recommend and well reviewed for a reason.

Many thanks for the professional and friendly service provided to us. Our move wasn't the easiest - with difficult access to our new property - but issues were overcome professionally and calmly and the end result was that the move was completed on time and to a high standard.

Very nice, polite and helpful movers. I was very happy with the service. They made a stressful move very easy. Treated my items carefully and with respect. On my move day my kitchen flooring was not complete so they helped store my fridge, washing machine and dishwasher elsewhere in the house and even offered to come back to move them into the kitchen when my flooring was done. I would definitely use them again.

They have to be the nicest and most professional team of movers I have come across. We will definitely be using them again. We needed a rather large piano moved from passageway to dining room via the garage, 400lb in weight. They moved it with ease. Taking time to ensure it was protected. Absolutely first class.

I was in a bit of pickle and was in need of 2 moves asap. The team over at Turton's Removals did everything to make me feel calm and focused on the other stuff I needed to do! Ben and his team were great. Really polite friendly guys. It wasn't an easy job moving our furniture due to access difficulties but they ploughed on and didn't complain at all. Items such as mattresses and TV's were carefully protected before loading. It was a professional service. I'd definitely recommend!

Ben and his team were fantastic throughout what was a quite a complex move. Quick responses to phone calls before to answer questions and reassure. Very efficient packing and unpacking and worked really hard to problem solve some trickier items. And all very cheerful throughout! We were very happy with the company and would certainly use them again.

Brilliant service from Ben and his team. From the very first minute with a what's app call to leaving our new home, they were first class with their professionalism but also friendly and a good laugh. They probably would have finished even earlier if I'd stopped chatting with them! They even helped move some of the items from the couple we bought off as their removal men were struggling! Ben and his team were awesome managing our house move. We opted for full packing service including dissemble and reassemble options. They worked so hard across two days firstly packing up our household items and, today, finalising the packing up and then managing the unloading and assembling. We were really impressed with their very friendly attitude, professionalism and work ethic. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble and they took fantastic care of all of our items - everything packed carefully and diligently.

Ben helped me pick up some large items of furniture. He dismantled and rebuilt the furniture at my new house. Everything was protected and no damage incurred during the move. Great service and would very highly recommend for any moving needs!

From the moment we contacted Ben I knew this was the company for us. We were relocating from the north east to Essex. After a very thorough video call on what we would be taking, Ben supplied a very reasonable quote which we were very happy with. Throughout the process, the communication between myself and the company was 100%. When it came to the move, Ben made sure it was as stress free as possible for us and it truly paid off.
All our furnishings were well taken care of and the team were very professional throughout the whole process. I would not hesitate to recommend Turton's to anyone who was moving house!

I booked Turtons removals after having a thorough virtual tour with them. The initial appointment left me full of confidence due to the sheer professionalism shown. I am glad to say I was not disappointed. On the day of the move the team were superb. Nothing was too much for them, my furniture was very well protected, as was the flooring. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

Ben and his colleague moved an upright piano from the ground floor of one house into a bedroom on the first floor of my house. There is no parking near my house so they had to move the piano along a path, up several steps into the house then up the stairs and around a corner to get it into the bedroom. The job was well managed with every care taken to protect the piano and both Ben and his colleague were very friendly and lovely guys. Would highly recommend.

We used Turtons to move two houses into one new house and moved from Newcastle up to Rothbury, and from the beginning they made it really easy and stress free. The booking process and paying the deposit was easy, the vans turned up on time and the guys put floor coverings down on all the areas they were going to walk. They had additional coverings for all the furniture to ensure nothing was damaged, and worked tirelessly all day to get 3 vans loaded and to get us moved into our new house (despite all the steps at the front!).
The guys were pleasant, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them again. Thanks for making a stressful day much much easier for us!

My wife and myself have just completed a house move with Turton's Removals, moving 70 miles from our previous address. We chose Turton's due to the attention to detail and friendliness displayed during the initial survey by Ben. The price was competitive with other quotes we had, some who used vans and others with a single large truck. The move required 3 Luton type vans due to the amount of possessions we have collected over the years. Removal day itself was smooth and faultless, even though most of our furniture was on the heavy side and our indoor plants were huge.
The removal lads Ben, Sam & Davin made what is normally a stressful day a pleasure due to their friendly nature and professionalism. They were busy from 8 in the morning until almost 9 at night manoeuvring mainly heavy furniture around a very awkward layout and did it without complaint. I would recommend this company without hesitation to anyone.

Short notice of about 2 weeks before removal. Online survey carried out and then quote next day. Was less than 5 days when moving in confirmed but still fitted me in. Arrived on time and went over and above. Three storey town house not easy. Rainy day but everything protected. But when it was obvious not everything would fit in one van load, despite it being early evening, Ben rang and offered to do another trip to clear as much as possible that day. They left at 9.30pm! Great service, making what is a very stressful time a little less stressful. Can't thank them enough.
