I can highly recommend this business after my recent experience of central heating boiler service. The booking system is excellent, my query was dealt with quickly and the appointment was kept on time with excellent communications about arrival time. Grant is friendly and works tidily and efficiently with full explanation of what work is involved and the condition of the boiler. A fault was found in another part of the system which had been overlooked almost certainly more than once by the previous service engineer which will be fixed on another visit which I am sure will be just as positive experience as the last.

The online booking system worked very well. The boiler service was carried out efficiently with the result that the boiler is now working really well. Poor-performing radiators were checked and restored to working order. All my questions were answered clearly and patiently for which I was very grateful.
This was the first time I had used Elementis Boiler Experts and found it a very positive experience. I will have no hesitation in continuing to use this firm.

Was initially put in touch with Grant by a work colleague a few years ago to install a boiler - very satisfied and continued to use for annual services. We then moved last year and needed advice around installing new heating and hot water system, better shower etc. Grant listened very carefully and then made suggestions, submitting a very thorough quote.
The work was successfully carried out and it was good to see him and his workmate recently for boiler's annual service. Excellent communication and follow up, which is always appreciated. Totally trust his honesty and level of knowledge. Like the way he explains his recommendations. Such a relief to have a heating engineer you can depend on to be fair, reliable and clear.

I had a couple of tricky jobs that needed looking at in my property. I had contacted a couple of other businesses but they were not happy to look at the work. However via a recommendation I found G.A.C. They came to the property and provided a great value quotation which I accepted. I was kept informed via their system when the worm would be carried out and it was completed on time with a high level of professionalism and care. I would highly recommend G.A.C to anyone.

Would highly recommend Grant and GAC Plumbing. Very professional and works to a high standard. Grant has helped me out at short notice many a time, he has juggled things around to ensure we have hot water and heating when the boiler or a part has broken down. Grant just recently fitted a new boiler and serviced the heating system at the same time. Didn't realise how inefficient our old boiler was until we started using our new Hive system. 5*
