Paul came to give us a quote to fit a new boiler as the boiler cover company Certi had judged the boiler too expensive to repair, they have a clause if they deem it uneconomical to repair they walk away. They provided a long list of faults which made it look like our best option was a new boiler at 3000. It was obvious Paul knew what he was talking about and was confident that the diagnosis was wrong and the boiler repairable.
It turns out the main issue was the filters had never been cleaned out in any of the services previously carried out with our boiler cover contracts, a bit like not changing oil on a car service. A week and a half later the boiler hasn't missed a beat. We have cancelled our Certi cover and plan to get Paul back in the autumn for a proper service. Highly recommend.

I used them for some minor jobs and called them back to drain and pump out my 9 radiators. The job took all day and they did a wonderful job. My Central Heating system is working great now. The price was fixed as a day rate and some quotes from other firms were a lot higher. Trustworthy and professional. They had a Covid test prior to coming and work masks too.

I would highly recommend Paul to anyone. He's been a bit of a lifesaver, quickly installing an emergency new boiler for our home. He's gone out of his way to be helpful throughout the entire process, fixing some other plumbing issues along the way at no extra charge. Paul of dulwich plumber's has been our plumber for many years. He is an excellent and reliable plumber who goes above and beyond to do the best for his customers. He recently fitted a new boiler for us, and free of charge fixed a number of other issues he spotted while he was doing so such as a leaking tap. He did the job quickly and worked late to get it done on time when having to source an extra part. We feel very lucky to have such a great, professional and friendly plumber!

Over a few years Paul has carried out a number of jobs for me, both in my own home and in a flat I own. These have included installing a new boiler, replacing radiators and altering pipework. I am highly recommending Dulwich Plumber, that I found on the internet and do not know personally. Paul came to fix my boiler as early as was convenient, explained everything he was doing and why, and certainly didn't take me for a ride. The price was agreed beforehand ( parts of course) and I will certainly be using them for any further work / service and recommend them to other people. All in all, a really find!

Excellent service and very punctual. Paul came the same day to make the precise quote and began to work the next day fixing leaking water found inside the wall of the master bathroom. All work was done efficiently and he was very clean and polite. Definitely recommended!

Paul was absolutely fantastic. From his honesty on a separate decorating quote all the way through to the finished job. Paul knew that I was struggling to find a decorator so actually undertook the job himself and the result was superb! The bathroom looks amazing and having discovered water under the incumbent flooring, ripped that up, levelled the concrete floor and laid new tiles! Very happy - would gladly recommend to anyone looking.

Paul from Dulwich Plumbers has done a considerable amount of work for me, including installing and servicing a boiler, removing an old water tank, adding new radiators, sorting out problems with water hammer and carrying out landlord's gas safety checks.
