Our blocked drain service covers many different issues and blockages. Some blockages can be in toilets or baths, others can be external and blocked within the manhole chambers. With the latest equipment, we have everything you need to clear blocked drains in Newcastle and the surrounding area.
CCTV drainage surveys are our eyes inside the pipe. As part of our drain survey, our CCTV equipment identifies faults or possible flow reductions to the drainage system which may cause on-going problems with blocked drains.

Michael came out next day to fix soil pipe into underground drain, no fuss, no mess. Great customer service and very friendly, explained everything that needed doing and then cracked on. Highly recommend and will be my first call if I ever need drainage works again.

Had an emergency outside drain overflow issue. Really responsive service. Came out same day, found the issue. Which was a brick from the build. Cleaned everything up and was really informative throughout. Would definitely recommend and would use again if needed.

Brilliant service from Michael. He arrived very quickly and on time to unblock an external drain and explained everything very well and offered great advice in case the problem occurred again. He did the job very quickly and efficiently. By far the best price out there and I would highly recommend if you have any problems.

Cost - Excellent, no hidden charges. Reliability - Excellent always turns up and accommodates panic situations. Workmanship - Excellent, tests everything and goes over with customer to ensure satisfaction. I've used Michael in the past to clear a blocked sewage pipe that couldn't be unblocked using rods due to possible rock or something in there. Michael showed me the blockage on CCTV, used specialist equipment and cleared the blockage.
Today had him round replacing an old broken clay drain waste, found underground in my driveway, which was exposed when digging foundations for a porch, rain water was leaking from it into my foundations. He carefully exposed the broken pipe by breaking away the concrete enough to replace with a new drain & pipe. Tested no more leaks and flow is fantastic. Thank you mate, my porch project is back on track.

I contacted Michael for a second opinion after getting what sounded like a ridiculous quote (280) from another company for a high pressure washout of a blocked pipe (which would not actually have fixed my problem, thus adding further cost to the original price). He came to my place the next day to have a look, talked me through what he thought the problem was and why he felt a high pressure unblock was not appriproprate.
He went through in detail how best to approach the situation with Plan A, Plan B etc, and after starting work, the problem was exactly as he predicted. Work was carried out in a very clean and professional manner, and I got billed exactly what he said it would cost, which was a fraction of what the other company quoted! Cannot recommend this company enough!
