Rung John up when my boiler went down he came out same day as he didn't want use sat in cold, it was not repairable and he fittered me in at last min and fittered me a new one with in 2 days, friendly and professional, av used John ever since for little jobs and no matter how busy he is he always get out same day, would not use any one else, keep up the good work,

We had John to come have a look at my nans boiler after 2 other plumbers had tried to figure out the problem but was baffled what the problem was. I first had John come out when one of my radiators were leaking and despite it being a very busy time of year and me not being an existing customer he was willing to pop round between jobs he had on. He fixed my radiator within 10 minutes and was so friendly and could just tell he was a genuinely nice bloke. So when my boiler broke it was a no brainer to get John on the job.
Again he came out pretty much straight away to see what the problem was and came back with quotes within a day. He removed my old system and put in a great new boiler and even created me storage space in the cupboard! If you want someone you can trust and rely on then I Can't recommend this company enough.

Back in December 2021 I saw a post about nominating someone for a free boiler and installation. Such a massively kind thing to do. I nominated my sister and she was chosen by John and Amy a week later. I am so very grateful to them both that it's hard to put into words. John came and fitted the boiler yesterday and the workmanship really is second to none. My sister lives in an old house so John really did have his work cut out. John & his team fitted me a full heating system, boiler & relocation, new pipework and radiators back in December. Very reasonable on price, punctual as well as being clean and tidy. It wasn't the most straightforward of jobs (nothing seems to be in this house) but he powered through and did a fantastic job. it's seems to be a rarity to find a tradesman these days that takes such pride in his work! Nothing was too much trouble despite me swapping and changing my mind as well

Came out to help with an emergency call. Unfortunately I needed a new boiler and was struggling with a lockdown due to the recent Covid-19. John was able to come and install a new boiler for me.
