We had the Bury Bolton branch to do a "deep clean" to a house that has not been lived in for the last two years so you can imagine many spiders etc. Well to day we were very impressed is not enough, the house was PRISTINE & we were extremely pleased & delighted we picked "Diamond Home" to assist us. I am extremely happy with the service provided by Mariama in the South East London area. Mariama always sends me excellent people to clean my flat. She is extremely reliable and helpful, always responding to me quickly and, if I need to change a day, she is very flexible. I always have a cleaner at the time I ask. The cleaners Mariama sends have been outstanding, energetic and all have a positive attitude.

We contacted Hilary at Diamond home support (Bury & Bolton) in January 2022 because our 93 yrs young mum needed a trustworthy and reliable cleaner. Within a week, Caroline (expertly chosen and perfectly matched to our mum's needs by Hilary) arrived at our mum's flat. Caroline is not only a super organised and efficient cleaner who worked wonders with the bathroom, kitchen & bedroom leaving everywhere sparkling clean.
She also brought back to life my mum's ancient cream leather suite. Most of all Caroline was also friendly and caring and very sensitive to our mum's needs. We can not recommend Caroline highly enough. My mum looked forward every week to cleaning day because of Caroline.

I can recommend Diamond Home Support - their cleaners are absolutely brilliant. It is quite a family affair with us and they clean our house, my elderly parents house and my elderly Aunt who has dementia. They are helpful, kind, hardworking, honest and extremely caring - their cleaning skills are most excellent. Value for money and in particular they are so great with the elderly, my parents love them and they are incredible with my elderly Aunt.

Diamond Home Support has provided us with a great service for many years. In this time, we've had several cleaners through them and they have all been very good - they work hard and take care to get things right. Very good service provided.Unfortunately the first cleaning lady who arrived at Mum and Dad's was taken ill. Seemed a really nice and friendly person with good cleaning standards. The replacement lady, Emma, equally as good. She has viisited Mum and Dads twice and they are very happy with the service provided.

I’ve been with Diamond Support for about 3 years and in that time we’ve had two dedicated cleaners. They have a specified cleaning day/time which can be changed by mutual agreement and it’s such a pleasure to come home to a clean house. We’ve always found the staff to be honest, reliable and efficient and Ian is always there in the background if you need extra help or support such as issues that arose due to the Coronavirus. I am very happy with the quality of service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company

Diamond home support has been a god send! My elderly parents had been struggling and myself struggling to help due to work commitments and 3 children. Although I visit most weekends, I found that I was spending most of my time cleaning rather than enjoying the time with my parents, and the time was starting to become a chore. After months of trying I finally persuaded my parents to allow me to book them in with a cleaner.
My parents where booked in with a lady called Pauline who is absolutely fantastic. They cannot believe what a great job she does each week. Nothing is too much trouble. She is reliable, friendly and thorough, it has made such a difference to all of us, I can now look forward to seeing my parents, knowing I can enjoy the time with them. My only regret is that I did not book in sooner.
