Aaron was really quick to respond; and was able to reach me only about half an hour after I'd explained the problem (front door lock broken, so I would have been unable to go out). Friendly, but professional. Would be happy to recommend.

Aaron arrived quickly after being called, and was able to efficiently and carefully fix the issue - he then explained what the problem was and gave sound advice on options for replacing the locks. Very friendly the whole time, and certainly knew his stuff.

I own some student houses in Canterbury and was told about a front door causing problems. I rang Aaron and he was able to attend the same day and fixed the problem with his first visit. If you have a door or window lock problem, I highly recommend this company.

I cannot recommend Aaron enough. Although I didn't have an emergency, Aaron was at my property in about an hour after I called and was immediately reassuring and informative about what could be done. He doesn't charge a call-out fee which was great. Honesty is what you want and need from a tradesperson and Aaron was exactly that. He cleared everything with me each step of the way and gave me prices upfront.
He then did everything he could to try save my deadbolts but unfortunately we had called him too late. He then set us up with a temporary fix and ordered a new part and was back within less than 24 hours to fit the new part. He was friendly and chatty throughout and I would 100% recommend his services.

Aaron was recommended by others on a local FB page. So we contacted him. Timely replies, quick attendance, clean and tidy workmanship. Price was good and Aaron made sure the door was fitted with a lock whist waiting for the part we needed to be delivered. I would highly recommend this local guy. I couldn't fault the work carried out by Aaron, he was professional, polite, helpful and there were no hidden charges. I paid what he quoted and he explained what he was doing as well. You won't go wrong by using this firm, definitely 10 out of 10, couldn't fault him or his work.

Aaron deserves more than 5 stars. Despite the lock being faulty not broken, repairs had been completed within 2 hours of me calling him. He carries a multitude of spare parts, and over and above the job, he adjusted the door and was able to cut spare keys from his van. It's a pleasure to recommend him.

Aaron came out to us very quickly, within 45 minutes. Changed our locks after a key had been lost and also tightened up our door handle. Very professional and friendly. Would recommend and call Aaron again for locksmith works.
