We hired Gersons to move us from the UK to the US and chose them largely because Phil, the person doing our move survey was excellent and that gave us a good feeling about the company. We had about 6 quotes and Gerson's was at the higher end, but we felt they would be the best to work with. We had a slightly bumpy start regarding communication with the office, however once we were assigned Claudia, things were pretty much smooth sailing from there. She is a great communicator and kept us updated throughout - she answered all our questions, big and small and nothing was too much trouble. Communication on the US side was not as great, however, as before, once I found someone in the US office who was quick at responding (as Claudia was in the UK), things went fine. They assigned a local moving company and the three guys turned up when they said they would and completed the move with cheerfulness and efficiency. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gerson's to anyone making an overseas move, but if you can, request Claudia - she's awesome!!

Moved recently weith Gerson. The service was excellent from packing and storage (London) to delivery (South France). The teams worked quickly and efficiently and we successfully moved with zero breakages.
