Polished concrete is a type of concrete flooring that has been treated with chemicals and gradually ground down to an increasingly smooth surface. As such, it offers the ability to transform an existing concrete slab into a visually appealing and functional flooring option for anything from an industrial space to a chic retail or hospitality environment. Polished concrete comes in high-gloss, matt or industrial chic finishes, is hard-wearing and damage resistant. The popularity of concrete flooring has increased in recent times, largely owing to improved grinding techniques that have allowed for more refined and sophisticated finishes.

Resin flooring is a versatile and easy-to-maintain option that's suitable for a range of spaces. The resin itself is manufactured from multiple different chemical compounds, including epoxy and polyurethane, and is able to be applied in various ways to achieve a particular aesthetic.
