We are fully qualified approved electricians with 17 years of contracting experience and 9 years of teaching experience. Starting out as a contractor to the domestic sector, and due to the demographics of where we are based; We found that a large volume of our remit was to work in rental properties. It was here that we learnt the value of keeping appointments and taking the hassle out of the Landlord/agent's hands with WIP updates, booking and re-booking management etc. Having trained our own apprentices, Bay Electrics decided to invest back into the community and take on teaching in a more 'front line' position.
