A1 All Clear Ltd is a family run drainage contractor established in 1986 by current managing director Phil Turner. Over the last 30 years we have structured a specialist team of engineers and office staff to service our clients in the domestic, commercial and insurance sectors. A leaking water pipe can cause all sorts of damage and destruction to your property and a lot of the time people don't even know about them. Once you have ruled out all other possibilities like running toilets and weeping taps, it's probably time to call the experts. Utilising many different leak detection methods our clean water engineers are able to target and locate the smallest of leaks allowing us to repair the pipe within an isolated area, rather than a full pipe replacement.

Underground CCTV surveys are used to inspect and identify problems with your drainage system. This gives you the ability to decide the best method of repair, saving time and disruption from unnecessary excavations. A flexible fibre-optic cable is sent down the drain, transmitting a colour image back to the engineer above ground. From this the data is sent back to the office where a decision can be made for the best method of repair. This service can be used to support an insurance claim or check the drains before purchasing a new property.

A1 All Clear has more than 30 years' experience in drainage installation and pipe repairs and we are happy to take on any repairs whether large or small. In today's market we are fortunate enough to have no-dig repair methods like lining, however, drainage lining isn't always an option when a drain has subsided or collapsed. If this is the case an excavation will then be implemented to uncover and repair the damaged section. If we find you have a collapsed drain under your property we will always look for the least disruptive and costly options.

Using specialist mechanical equipment designed to pass around your toilets U bend, we are able to dislodge the most stubborn toilet blockages. If the blockage is further along the line then mechanical high pressure jetting will then be used.
