My grandparents had there curtains dry cleaned an refusing too pay for replacement set. After having another set made they are now 300 out of pocket thanks too this rubbish company. Be warned people don't use this service!

This company ruined my wedding dress! I took my dress in to be dry cleaned after my wedding expecting it to come back clean and beautifully pressed ready to be framed. Instead it came back destroyed, it was burnt in areas where it had been over pressed and in other areas it hadn't been pressed at all so was creased. They ripped the breast cups completely away from the inside lining. The inner lining was torn and there are clear burn marks from where it's been over pressed. The lovely clear wedding bag I took it into the shop came back to me torn in two places and covered in a sticky residue and not to mention the dress wasn't even clean. What makes this so frustrating is that when I went to collect my dress they didn't tell me that any of this had happened it wasn't until I got home and took it out of the bag did I realise. I complained at the time about the clear bag and asked why it was ripped and dirty and the lady just shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't know. I paid this company 150 to clean and press my dress so it would come back to me looking beautiful, instead my 3000 Caroline Castigliano Dress is completely ruined, I've had to take it back to my seamstress to get repaired costing me more money. It took me six weeks to get my 150 refund and they are refusing to pay for the repair! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DRESS HERE!
